I have booked apartments with Wimdu many times throughout Europe and the result has always been excellent.
Lousy service, especially for landlords - absolutely incompetent and unwilling support - seemingly only laymen or assistants who are unmotivated. can only advise against registering there or not to be recruited by telephone calls from there

Wimdu is absolutely NO GO! As a landlord, I have received a booking. I wanted to cancel it. According to the agreement, this is possible, albeit with fines and other fancies. But what tops it: If you tap on cancel, the message appears that automatic cancellation is currently not possible and a nonsensical form from the support appears. Completed as well as possible, you will receive a numbered support confirmation after sending. That was it then - postponed, no reaction even after 3 days. Are there any staff at all? It's a shame, it started so well in 2011. But now I feel ripped off because apparently there are only wrong phone numbers or busy ones on the network.
the portal does not even have a phone number for guests or landlords, not even in the imprint - very untrustworthy - prefer to book with the competitors - bad reviews don't matter here - total disinterest, hopefully they will soon disappear from the market
First experience with Wimdu and frankly I do not regret. I highly recommend this platform.
Great site. I often found deals and never had a problem with the stays I booked. Excellent user experience
No feedback even as tenants for 2 weeks. A non-truthful description of an apartment advertised as a luxury design apartment. No control from Wimdu.
Worst provider on the net. As a landlord not recommended. Dear tenants, use other rental portals !!! No contact (email or tel.) Possible. Presumably letterbox company.
I've been traveling with Wimdu for years. So far only good experiences.
