I decided to buy an A9 speaker
They asked me for the full amount in advance, in order to receive a 10% discount. This was also offered to me (on the invoice) but I have NEVER received the product again!
I waited 4 months, because I was told from the beginning that the delivery will take 3 months. Then I started asking questions. I was taken with all sorts of excuses and lies about stock issues in Denmark (let's be serious ... B&O Denmark and stock issues). Then I started to insist, to call, but they didn't answer my phone and no one called me back, but sometimes I received a text message with an apology, and the B&O team signed.
I already had the feeling that I was annoying.
Thus, after 7 months when I was still without a product, without money, and ignored, I made a complaint to the center in Denmark. They immediately took care of the problem and the manager from Bucharest suddenly started calling me insistently (the one who until now did not answer the phone and sent messages) to solve the problem. I was also offered a 10% discount, as an apology, along with other excuses and stories.
I accepted, as if I had been staying for 7 months for 2-3 weeks ... and at least I was comforted by the good price.
But no! Dreaming!
Two more months passed, I insisted that the product be delivered to me and nothing. This time I decided to give up everything and I want my money back.
I communicated this to them and now the excuse was that they have their accounts blocked by ANAF and they cannot return my money.
4 weeks have passed after which I receive 4000 RON transferred to the account. I write them, I ask where 4000 when I paid 10,700 ?!
I am told that they have no cash and the amount will be refunded to me in installments (don't forget we are talking about B&O!). 2 weeks later I receive another 4000 RON in the account. I write them again, and I ask when the rest comes, and I am told that there is another 800 left that I have to receive. Cool calculation! 8,800 instead of 10,700.
To be clear: the amount of 10,700 that I transferred to them no longer exists! So my money was spent / used by them when I didn't get the paid product!
However, I fail to understand how someone can make a mistake (if not intentionally) that is written on an invoice and the only thing that needs to be done is to reverse the existing invoice.
I also have a company and I work with both invoices and an accountant.
Now, it's been 6 weeks since I've been waiting for my money to be returned and 2,700 are still missing. As the gentlemen thought, 8,800 would be enough for me instead of 10,700. That's probably how much the interest costs if someone keeps their money with them.
I called the center at B&O Denmark about this issue, where I was told that Soundvision Bucharest is not the representative, but only a distributor and unfortunately I can not help with management issues, this being an independent company.
Summary: for 10 months I have had 2,250 euros blocked at SOUND VISION Bucharest and I have to say thank you if I receive them.
So I'm not a reviewer. I wrote this long review on Google because I know it can't be deleted from here and because I find it so gross that I can't keep quiet! I want to warn other thieves and warn other customers like me that SOUND VISION is not the place to buy such a product.
I've been to B&O stores before, I own B&O products and I know what their services look like. SOUND VISION is a disgrace to this name. And if you respect yourself to buy such a product, do it from a representative office and if possible from a country other than Romania. The quality of the service you receive is part of the experience of such a purchase.
Do not answer the intercom, do not answer the phone. It's not the first time.
