I came to Wilton Physical Therapy with an unhappy combination of acute and chronic upper back, neck and shoulder pain that left my doctor scratching her head and which I wasn't sure could be helped. Kurt was undaunted as he listened carefully to my list of issues, and then put together a plan which addressed them one by one, adjusting based on my feedback as we went. The results were amazing, with me regaining almost all my previous flexibility and mobility and feeling better than I had in years. Although I worked primarily with Kurt and his trusty sidekick Alex, who are both incredibly intelligent and kind, everyone I encountered here was absolutely lovely and physical therapy quickly became the highlight of my week. I'm happy to add my voice to the chorus of people recommending this practice if you require physical therapy for any reason.
