It is so cool to see a privately held company surviving and thriving for 100 years. If you are not taking care of your customer or your employees, 100 yrs. would not be possible. What an inspiration. I came to this location to do an annual back flow test. I'm always greated with a polite person and friendly people. Not to mention a nice waiting area.
It should be no star at all !
Got service done March 2016, nice technician, paid exactly invoice amount $407.07 onsite.
One year later, got a call, accused we didn t paid in full. Email them the invoice and my bank statement for prove of payment. The manager said she will take care of it.
An other year pass, another lady called again, same situation, gave them all info again!
This year, another rude lady called again, same accusation!!!!
What s wrong of this company, waste my time and ruin my mood!!!!!
