It should be no star at all !
Got service done March 2016, nice technician, paid exactly invoice amount $407.07 onsite.
One year later, got a call, accused we didn t paid in full. Email them the invoice and my bank statement for prove of payment. The manager said she will take care of it.
An other year pass, another lady called again, same situation, gave them all info again!
This year, another rude lady called again, same accusation!!!!
What s wrong of this company, waste my time and ruin my mood!!!!!
