Amazing farmstand/store. Traffic can be brutal but its always worth the time
Favorite spot for fresh produce. We are a part of the CSA in the spring/summer and love the variety of fruits/vegetables we receive. Great seasonal selection where we are able to get our Christmas tree as well.
Wilson's farm is a great place, and we have shopped there for groceries for many years. However, I won't be coming back to the gardening section.
There are always employees in heavily traveled areas without masks. I stopped and waited today because two employees without masks blocked my way. A third employee eventually noticed it, and asked the two others to put on their masks. They did, but no apology, on the contrary, one of them made a joke about it (I did not understand his joke nor did I care to). It was a stressful and somewhat insulting experience to shop in Wilson's gardening section today.
Since Wilson's cannot muster the discipline to enforce the rules about masks, I don't feel so bad for them if they have less business as a result of the pandemic, and will be going to Season's Four for gardening products exclusively. That's a friendlier store anyway.
Excellent produce and lots more! Apple cider donuts in the fall are a must have. The parking lot can get very crowded at times.
Love this place for fresh produce and great meat quality.
Amazing fresh produce and excellent selection of meats/cheeses and other groceries. On the pricey side, but worth it! Try the chocolate cream pie!
Healthiest place to shop in Lexington......nuf said!
I love Wilson's Farm, and shop there monthly. I shopped for the first time since social distancing today, and will not go back until social distancing is over. While they have signs saying to respect social distancing, neither the clientele nor the staff were observing it - while I was waiting my turn I had >10 people come right next to me (within a foot) to stock shelves and buy products. They need to institute actual social distancing and one-way shopping before I will consider it safe enough to shop there.
Delicious market. A real feast for the eyes and taste buds! They have many options for produce and ready-made foods.
Long-standing produce provider that has adapted to modern times
Fresh, local produce plus awesome prepared selection...and the kids cooking classes are great too!
Whilst staying in Lexington to visit my girlfriend s parents, my girlfriend took me out to this farmer s market. It s great to see local produce being promoted and fruit and veg being grown locally.
If I ever moved to Boston, this would become a regular grocery run I suspect.
I like to get there early on Saturday or Sunday morning before the rush. They have beautiful fresh flowers and vegetables grown right there on the farm. I had the best yellow squash last week and it was only $.99 a pound. Some of their prices are higher than I like to pay, especially the meat. You can get dairy, meat, fruits, veggies, flowers, cheese, baked goods, prepared foods, dog treats.
Friendliest Associates even after a busy Wednesday & during set-up for Christmas!!! ABSOLUTE highly recommend Wilson Farm for ALMOST ALL YOUR NEEDS!!!!! Merry Christmas!!!!
For whatever reason, the produce at Wilson Farm is always fresher than other local stores. Even, it seems, bananas that carry the same brand.
An amazing, freshly grown grocery stop. The prices are definitely higher than most but the quality is hard to beat. The staff is friendly and there is a wide selection of breads, vegetables fruits and more.
This is a great family farm that has been in business forever. The fresh fruits and veggies are beautiful, great baked items, and lots of other items to try.
We were there in mid-April and they had a wonderful selection of flowers and plants for around the house and landscaping. It was fun just to browse around and enjoy all the fresh blooming flowers!
Good selection of quality products. Hard to get to in peak hours.
I hope that a mini purse with credit cards and cash, that was turned in Sat. Oct. 25, 2014, 5:30 PM to Wilson Farm's management, was returned to the rightful owner. Management was rude and not too truthful. I also saw an employee being mistreated by management in front of customers.
Will go via police the next time.
It's a shame Wilson Farm hires such unethical managers, including the General Manager.
On the lighter side - Even your llama is rude. She spit at me after I took her picture.
Love Wilson Farms! Awesome produce and speciality foods!
Great produce. Beautiful location. Can be expensive though.
Fine deli, pastries, small grocery shopping, bur overall the cozzyness. Their fresh cut flowers are amazing and much better than the ones in the regular super market.
Very well organized getting in and out with all the traffic
Worth the time and travel... freshest produce in the area
Buying local is a pleasure here. The knowledgable and helpful staff make this place special. New to Wilson Farms, my wife and I have been here 3 times already this season. We like the variety and the quality of the products, especially the veggies grown on site.
Went there for the Chocolate Festival. Not really a festival, but a nice array of chocolates that you can sample. Friendly people. Nice locally-grown produce and a variety of other choices.
Awesome place to get fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, seafood, and baked goods. It's always worth a trip! Their premade dinners are wonderful too. Easy single servings to heat and eat!
I was here visiting from Riverton, Utah, and really enjoyed coming to Wilson farm with my mother. They have everything we needed and a lot more!! Great fruit! Thank you so much!!
Being from texas and craving home made stuff.i found this place back in 07 ish. From my job. Anyways we go there from time to time but this time i looked at the 7 layer dip and given i really dont venture these types of dips. I wanted to give this one a try and even though its a bit pricey . It is worth the money. The vegetables are fresh ans once you mix the dip up . Its delicous .,hard to compare. Definitely will buy the bigger of the two packages that they sell next time.
Food is delicious. Try their cookies, sauce, cakes, anything. Also, definitely keep an eye out for any special events, like their strawberry festivals! Thankfully, these are well managed, even with a good-sized crowd. Prices are expected for a farmer's market.
Good but they should open visits to the plantations. In groups
Excellent food. Always a favorite when I am in Massachusetts visiting family.
Chocolate festival one week before Valentine's Day 2019 was fantastic. Free samples
trashy business. asked me to remove my mask because masks don't work. don't give them your business if you believe in science
High quality produce and flowers mostly grown right there for the 44 years I've shopped there.
Very nice place with excellent produce and fall products.
They have any vegetable or fruit that you could possibly want any time of year
Excellent market for fresh vegetables and fruits. They have wide variety of produce and they are so fresh! The prices are a little bit more expensive compared to major super markets but it worth it.
