I love this dentist office. I have been going here almost 10 years and I want to give a shout out to Bernadette- no matter what kind of day she's having she is always a JOY and full of LAUGHTER. she's does a GREAT job at cleaning my teeth and makes me feel special every time I see her which is about 3 times a year. I must mention that the relaxing fire place that goes year around in the cozy living room (waiting area) is so surreal and relaxing that you wanna snuggle up and sleep :)

I was not an established patient, I called on a weekend with an emergency and they immediately called me back and scheduled me first thing Monday morning. 5 Stars is definitely not it!! That was just to get you to read this before Willow Bend Dental finds a way to hide this review deep in the "no one is going to read this section." 2.5 Stars is more like it!!!

Allow me to begin with the better experience i had at Willow Bend Dental. Approximately 4 years ago I began going to this dentist office. The office was and probably still is pristine with friendly faces and smiles. I thought I had been recommended to the right dentist via a friend. As I began my dental visits 3 to 4 to times a year as recommended by the dentist, i noticed that i never had the same hygienist. I quickly realized that the turnover at this office was extremely high. (2 of the hygienist were really good at their job and i liked them).
The 4th hygienist for some reason would always make my gums bleed when flossing my teeth.

Fast fwd to 2017. I did not like my smile and wanted to get veneers as an enhancement. Instead of advising me on the fact that i did not need veneers, and all i needed was braces, the dentist office contacted me in December of 2017 informing me of a Christmas special that was save me 5% off. This was not a discount whatsoever! I was then totally turned off with the greed from Willow Bend Dental. Not to mention, although having great dental insurance, i somehow always owed them money each time i had a visit and paid them every single time.

2018, I then turned to Mint Dentistry and they advised me that my gums were healthy and my teeth needed braces and not veneers.

Giving credit that is due (Willow Bend Dental) began the process of getting my mouth and teeth healthy.

Mint Dentistry recommended a great orthodontist and now my teeth are clean and straight in 2020.

May 2020, i visited Willow Bend Dental to buy some of their great mouthwash (again giving them credit where it is deserved). I was then informed that i had a balance, but could not be told what it was for when i questioned the financial consultant. Why am i just finding out about this years later? Was not happy but i purchased the mouthwash anyway.

A few weeks later, i received a call from a collections agency representing Willow Bend Dental informing me that i owe $142.00 to Willow Bend Dental. Its been years now, how and why do i owe you money when i came out of pocket every single visit, despite having great dental insurance?

Yesterday, i checked my credit report, Willow Bend Dental has cause my credit to drop 43 points after filing on me in June of 2020. Again, its been years, and if i had never gone back to buy that damn mouthwash this more than likely would've happened.
I absolutely hate owing money to anyone, i pay my bills according to what ive been taught in life, "owe no man"

Dat bit of humor, but in my book, you suck Willow Bend Dental!!!

This was my first visit to a dentist after aging out of pediatric care. I had only been to one dentist for my whole life, and it was important to find another office I could trust.

My visit was great! The facility was clean and comfortable, and every member of staff I saw was very kind. I left knowing more about my own teeth than I ever have before, and the team makes sure to give you a dental care plan that fits your situation precisely. I m confident I ve found my new adult dentist!

Willow Bend Dental is decorated in an upscale lodge theme, which is warm and inviting. It feels like it is going to be expensive, but they are on par with other dentists More importantly though, they have a lot of experience and treat their patients very well.
My whole family goes there, and I don't see that changing any time soon.

I can t say enough about Willow Bend Dental. From the first call you make until you walk out the door is a great experience. The staff is very courteous and especially so when you are scared of dental work. :)

Dr. Beougher is very kind and efficient and has a great sense of humor. Now how many people can say that about their dentist.

Do not recommend. Overpaid for my services and services were not properly done. I paid $500+ OUT OF POCKET for a deep cleaning, even though I have PPO Insurance with GREAT coverage. My filling was incomplete and I had pain for 5 days until I went and saw a different dentist (at another dentist office) who fixed the fillings for me. The staff is extremely rude and they make you feel very insecure about your teeth! Do not recommend. 0/10.

They were so thorough with checking out my teeth and answered my questions with clear explanations. My former dentist did a poor job on my teeth and now Willow Bend is going to fix it. I've done everything from full mouth crown restoration to general day to day procedures and have always experienced the best dental care.
My porcelain crowns are beautiful and the compliments I get still amaze me after all these years. After 10 years, they still look as good as the day they completed them. I feel that my restoration makes me look years younger.
From the front staff to the assistants to hygienists, all top notch.

I was in for a check up and the examination was the most detailed and thorough i think I've ever had. Dr Beougher was great as was the Hygienist Adrianne & the Dental assistant Kimberly. The front desk staff were also lovely. You could tell they have genuine passion for what they do. They make you feel like you are the only patient they are seeing when no doubt they have seen dozens that day. Made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I had a very extensive dental appointment, I was only there for 3 hours. Dr. Butler & his staff are very professional. I have been in the dentist chair since I was a little kid & this is the most pain free experience I have ever had. Extractions, implants, crowns, & bridge! Yes. All in one visit! This is day 2 after the dental work & no bruising or swelling & everything is healing very well.

Even during this strange time, the staff is excellent. They are taking all precautions to keep the patients and themselves safe. And they all have positive attitudes.

I was greeted by Lisa, who took my temperature and asked me some questions, then she walked me to Paige s office where she took care of me and Dr. Butler came to exam my teeth and it was a great experience, which is why I have been a repeat customer of 18 years. They re definitely one of the best dentist offices in the business.

Great Appointment availability to get you in with in a short period of time. It looks like they take most insurances as when I asked, there must be just a few they are not accepting. The dentist is very friendly and seems to know his stuff. They also have sedation based upon your comfort level.

Brought my kiddos here for their semi-annual exam and cleaning a couple months ago. Extremely impressed with their initial visit that I decided to schedule myself. They did not disappoint! Absolutely the best experience I have had in a very long time.

From the moment I walked in, Ms. Alisa and Ms. Rue at the front welcomed me with a smile and ensured I was promptly checked in. My exam with Ms. Kimberly and Dr. McKinnis was extremely thorough and informational! Not only did they take the time to educate me on what they were seeing, but showed me in the xrays and photographs and discussed treatment options.

My cleaning with the Hygienist, Ms. Ellyn, was the absolute best. She is gentle, meticulous, and has excellent chair side manners! She is well versed at both adult and pediatric care and is excellent with children. Ms. Sandra, a true professional, assisted with the treatment plan. Despite my apprehension with a nightguard for my clenching and grinding, they were able to educate me and convince me on following through with a treatment plan. I appreciated the honesty and clear explanation and ramifications of each option. As Ms. Ellyn stated, this is my last set of teeth, I better take care of them!

Not to exaggerate, but I think I'm borderline Dentophobic, due to some issues in the past. I've been deployed to the Middle East, been shot at, have been in combat situations, and I'd normally take all that over a visit to the dentist. This was surprisingly a pleasure! I walked in thinking I knew better, but trust me, when it comes to your mouth, leave it to the professionals at Willow Bend! They are friendly, honest and show great care for your dental health!

Willow Bend Dental is staffed by wonderful hygienists, dentists, and office staff. It s decorated beautifully. I figure, my insurance is paying anyway, I might as well be in a beautiful place.

Three years ago I had one of my back molars break while I was eating and I waited to see a dentist for financial reasons. After a few weeks the nerve became exposed and the pain in my mouth became intolerable. I had no choice but to go see a dentist, so I picked Willowbend Dental because it had good reviews. When I called and spoke to the receptionist I told her what happened and she was so caring and told me to come in THAT day. I explained to her that I didn't have a lot of money because I wasn't prepared for this and she said that it didn't matter and they would set me up on a payment plan. I've never had any other dentist offer to do that for me, especially if I wasn't already a patient of theirs. When I went into see Dr. Beougher, he was so kind and concerned with the pain that I was in they immediately numbed me, did a root canal that DAY and I left with a temporary. 8 weeks later, Dr. Beougher set one of the most beautiful crowns I've ever seen! Even when I get my cleanings, my hygienist always comments on what beautiful work he did!(BTW, I could leave my hygienist Christina, her own review for being so thorough and amazing!) Fast forward one year, and the same thing happened to another molar on the other side of my mouth. At this point my insurance changed, and it only covered Dr.mckinnis.(also a dentist at willowbend) It was the same routine, and although I was hesitant on wanting to switch dentists, I will tell you that Dr. Mckinnis does REMARKABLE work! He is so friendly and welcoming, and his assistant Allison is a special breed of people!!! She set me up on a payment plan that I was comfortable with, and was very understanding of my financial situation. My most recent visit, I needed my two front teeth crowned, due to discoloration from a previous root canal...all I can say, if it wasn't for his loving assistant Allison, I'd still be waiting on these crowns. I've never known an office to go SO FAR OUT OF THEIR WAY, to help a patient! A few years ago, I felt like my teeth were hopeless! It was overwhelming the amount of money that it would take to fix everything! The women in this office helped me to take one thing at a time and tackle what was most necessary. It's awesome knowing that I've come this far with all my dental procedures, and what I do have left to get fixed, is minimal.
There is no better place, and there are no better people to entrust your dental care too! My whole family goes here, and I never plan on switching.

My dental hygienist, Bernadette, makes the cleaning visit more enjoyable. I had to opportunity to meet Dr. M and he was easy to talk to and patiently explained potential procedures without pressuring me. I appreciated that and his style. Willowbend Dental is under new management but the customer service is still excellent.

I have been a patient of Willow Bend Dental since the early 90's. Dr Beougher, the hygenists, and staff have always provided excellent care. Dr Beougher has done numerous crowns for me. Susan is the hygenist I have seen most recently. I was somewhat apprehensive about dental care prior to coming to Willow Bend. The facilities are top of the class. The skill and manner of the staff as well as the facilities help one relax during treatment. I now feel fine about coming in for regular check-ups and my dental health is the best I have ever experienced.

Went in for an emergency visit (tooth pain). Dr Beougher and his staff were very competent and friendly. As far as dental work, it was a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Beougher and his team go the extra mile to nake sure you understand the procedures and are comfortable throughout the process. They do things the old fashioned way, the right way.

Imagine showing up to your appt. to find office is closed down! That was my experience today. Left work, drove 30 min to find that no one would even answer phone either. I ve received multiple email and text reminders about my appt. yet no one from office thought it would be smart to contact patients to let them know office is closed down??? I ve been a patient for years and this is absolutely unacceptable!

The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. The care provided is everything you would expect from a dental practice. Services provided range from basic cleaning, cavities and crowns to more cosmetic services. Once you make this your home for all things dental you won t leave.

My hygienist, Christina is a lovely person, but more importantly, she's a splendid hygienist! Never felt uncomfortable, in any way! I had a truly, good experience.

I was very pleased with my experience at Willow Bend Dental and will continue going there for any future cleanings and procedures. I needed a second opinion on some potential dental work before I ended up paying big bucks out of pocket and I saw Willow Bend Dental was in my network and they were able to get me in right away. When filling out my new patient paperwork at my first appointment, I really liked that I was asked about my concerns and I indicated that what made me most anxious about going to the dentist was the potential cost and not the procedures themselves! I met with Dr. Beougher and his assistant briefly, they examined the teeth I needed looked at for my second opinion, and determined something much simpler was needed. They got me scheduled for my follow-up and I was on my way. I came back for my dental procedure and Dr. Schiller and team got to work on me pretty quickly. They even had TV with headphones which was pretty nice. I felt very comfortable and was happy with how the appointment went. They seem to be very accommodating to their patients and also look at what the individual is looking for as far as care. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for quality, straight-forward dental care and wants to avoid feeling "nickel and dimed."

The dental hygienists are thorough but I don t care for how they upsell you on everything and how at the end of the visit they present charges with no clear explanation. Please be aware of this.

I had an amazing experience today! Starting off with an extremely professional and friendly staff, especially during Covid19 times. I went in after chipping a front tooth 2 days ago. They fit me in as a new patient understanding my situation. I had had previous bonding done on my front teeth as a result of an accident years ago. Long story short, I left with not only the initial tooth that needed to be fixed, but a small amount of bonding and filing on another tooth which left me with a whole new smile!! I will definitely be going back (and my son, as a new patient ) and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the same experience.

This office is beautiful but the best part is the staff . I've been coming to see Dr.Beougher for years and I absolutely feel well taken care of in particularly by the office's dental assistants. He equips his office with extremely knowledgeable staff and you're treated with care and priority.
I've had veneers (beautifully done ) , cavaties filled , and deep cleanings as well as mouth guards. I love that they come up with a reasonable plan for your needs and I can't express enough how amazing his assistants are . They're the ones that prep you for the work and they're the ones that ease your nerves (if you happen to have any ).

After not having a dentist for an extended period of time, and not knowing where to start, I was referred to Willow Bend Dental by a friend. Not a great day. Now since management has taken over the fun is gone. Used to live going to the dentists, front staff was nice, hygienist was always fun to talk to and doctor was always to the point and made your visit the best.

Now it just feels like cattle being let in branded and sent on your way, after paying for the visit. Huge tidy was to shame you into flossing and when that doesn t work they start on the 3 other offerings to sell you. Doctor comes in, spend 30 seconds with a mirror in your mouth and moves on.

New Managment means less of a family feel. It s all business with no relationship.

Great service from Dr Beougher and his staff! They took great care of me, worked with my schedule and made my experience as painless as possible. Their office environment and the way all of the staff treat you is amazing! On my lsst visit I had old fillings repaired and new cavities filled and played golf that afternoon. My wife went in for her first visit last week and got the same great treatment I did. If you want a place that treats you like you are at a fast food restaurant go somewhere else but if you want a dentist to take great care of your teeth this is the place!

I came to Dr. Beougher 10 years ago, for a smile makeover, as my daughter was getting married. I had been mostly afraid of dentists, due to lots of pain I had felt in the past with other dentists. Dr. Beougher and his professional staff eased all my fears, made the whole process painless and WOW, what a difference in my smile! Friends and family said I immediately looked 10 years younger! I was 50 at the time, so this was exactly what I had hoped for. Now, ten years later, I am STILL getting compliments on my smile and my beautiful teeth. Everyone thinks I was born with these good teeth, but I admit to the truth--I owe it all to Dr. Beougher and his terrific staff! From Eloise at the front desk, who always remembers my name, all the staff make me feel welcome and "at home" from the time I arrive at their office. I have been seeing Sarah as my regular dental hygentist for at least the past year, and she is the BEST. She's personable and cleans my teeth completely, competently and expertly. Again, painlessly! She makes sure I'm doing all I need to do to maintain these beautiful teeth for my lifetime, and I appreciate this so much. She's a wonderful addition to the staff!

Friendly staff, very efficient process getting me in and out accurately

They are great at what they do. However, they sold me a nearly $800 night gaurd that never fit, and all they did was try and grind away at it until it was so loose that I would drown in it. Never offered to have it remolded. However they did offer to sell me a different kind.

I always feel well cared for when I visit Willow Bend Dental.

so i went to willow bend dental to get a deep clean and was quoted $1500 bucks plus another 10k if i wanted them to pull all my wisdom teeth , for a sealant and a mouth guard for a total of $11,500. so i went for a 2nd opinion and was quoted $350 for my deep clean. 90% of what willow bend dental said i needed the new dentist said was not needed . all i needed was a deep clean and wisdom teeth pulled my total for everything will be under 1k now. from what i was told willow bend dental has reputation for over charging and nickel and diming people. on the plus side everyone at willow bend dental was very nice and so was the office but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over priced.

Always concerned about my dental health. I always get compliments about my teeth. Dr. Beougher is an artist and the very best in creating a beautiful smile.

I have tried to enjoy this Dentistry. I think the best thing they have going for them is the location and the decor. The last time I went the main dentist was not even in and her replacement did not know how to read an X-ray... She told me in consultation that all my teeth were fractured and that I was grinding my teeth. I may grind my teeth at times but I know all my teeth cannot be fractured. Her basis was from the darkness in between the teeth.. which I have had other dentist tell me and assure me that my teeth are not fractured and that the darkness is the difference in the x-ray... The second problem I have had is that every time I went in I had more cavities and problems that needed to be taken care of. Once again after consulting with other Dentist this was not the case and that I needed only half of what was mentioned to me to be done. The final problem and the reason why I will never go back is that they said after 6 months that I owed them money for a visit... I get two visits a year and cleanings for free with my insurance. I have never had to pay for my visits and have no idea where they came up with this late payment. I would guess that I am not the only customer who got this call either...The payment was minimal but to chase me down for it when I never owed it was something I cannot forgive. Stay away from this place unless you don't care about money or quality.

Very friendly and talented staff. Been going here 28-29 years now. Sorry I did not get to say hello to the chief (Dr. Beougher) this time, he is a busy man. Thanks John Crawford. Dr Beougher did an excellent job (cosmetic dentistry) on six of my top front teeth earlier this year. They are top notch !!
