Cheryl was very kind and thorough. She also took the time to explain each process and procedure. The doctor was also kind enough to squeeze me in for fillings so that I didn t have to come back. And Sarah in Finance was very knowledgeable and helpful. A great overall experience from care to payment!! My visit was today, 05/13/21 and I will definitely come back for all dental needs.

If you are looking for a dentist office that everyone takes covid precaution and have an awesome attitude, this is the place! Everyone was great! I was really nervous about coming in and so happy that I did!!

The staff, Dr. Beougher and my dental hygenist, Susan, are all exceptional people in their line of work. It is such an outstanding facility, meeting the needs of everyone. Avalanche of class since Bougher left. I ve gone here for over a decade and loved Dr Bougher and his staff. I had no idea he even left until I came in for a scheduled visit and they told me when I was in the chair. This was manipulative on their part as they knew some patients would not return with him gone. I was introduced to the new doctor and wanted to like him. Dr Almumaiz. He was not very friendly and his bed side manner leaves much to be desired. I returned to have my permanent crown fitted and sat in the chair for 45 minutes with no doctor!! One of the techs came in after 30 minutes and said he was at another appointment and was on his way back and grabbing lunch and would be back in 10 minutes. LIE. 30 minutes later a front desk assistant came in and told me he was still held up at another appointment off site and would not be back and I d have to reschedule. I was furious. I live an hour away from this office and it was a complete waste of time and gas. I rescheduled my appointment since I already paid for my crown ahead of time and got it taken care of. Im a very reasonable person and understand that things happen. During my visit today, not ONE person apologized for the NO SHOW Dr Almumaiz had during my last visit. Dr. Almumaiz should have said something. The 2 minutes he spent with me was very mechanical and cold. I was greatly disappointed and will be looking for a new dentist.

Willow Bend Dental is five stars all the way around. The facility is inviting and provides a high level of comfort. The dental work I have received has been done well and in a timely manner. The best aspect of Willow Bend Dental is their staff. They are friendly, professional and unbelievably helpful. They have always gone out of their way to treat me as a person and not just another appointment. I highly recommend them.

I had stopped going to the dentist for more than a year and when I moved to Plano I knew I needed to find the right place; convenient, friendly, flexible and patient with me. Willow Bend Dental is the very best dental experience. From the quality staff that really cares about your comfort, meeting your emergency needs to the quality of dental work provided.

Not the worst experience but ran into headaches when scheduling and billing. At first, we received a multiple of text/calls for each appointment to the point of being annoying. After that we found out that our multiple responses were not even received (person and text) so I showed up to be told I would need to reschedule. Not worth the hassle with the other options locally

Prior to visiting Dr. Beougher 's office, I carried a serious phobia which prevented me from getting dental work done. Dr. Horsley and his assistants are gentle and courteous, creating a comfortable environment for those skeptical of lying back in a chair to be worked on. I experienced no pain or discomfort during my initial several hour stay and look forward to returning for more work as well as routine cleanings.

Willow Bend is awesome, my hygienist Paige was very thorough and educated me in a way I could understand. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Scheduling and check out up front was a breeze as well.

Willow Bend Dental makes visiting a dental office almost pleasant! The decor is soothing and calming...nothing like a traditional denist office at all! The needles and drilling is of course still part of the deal but at least you can have nitrous oxide to keep you calm and they offer a wide variety of movies to watch while the drilling goes on. Fortunate, the movie drowns out most of the sound the drill makes. They also offer hand or foot massages while you're in the chair. THAT was a good experience! Having the newest technology available for x-rays and various other procedures is a welcomed change from my previous dentist office. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this facility to any and all who are looking for a better dental experience.

Dr. McKinnis has done several crowns for me and I m very pleased. Ellyn is a wonderful hygienist. Just the best.

Would rather not see the HUGE before and after pics that are literally everywhere - creepy!

I can't begin to tell everyone how impressed I am by this provider, his office, and the staff. Going to the dentist is not pleasant. There can be some discomfort and we all are concerned about the cost. Those fears are alleviated when you step into this practice. The office is beautiful and inviting. The exam rooms are comfortable. All staff made sure that I was comfortable and any and all questions and concerns were addressed. I saw Dr. Schiller and he was very attentive to my needs. It just so happens that my hygienist, Susan, grew up in the same town that I did and her dad was my dentist as a child. I am very happy that I picked Willow Bend Dental.

I ve been going to Willow Bend Dental for 10 years. In addition to having absolute first class dentists and dental assistants (which is obviously the #1 most important quality for any dental choice), what I appreciate the most about this place is how they respect my time. They start on time and end on time. So many doctor offices make you wait forever and the process is slow. The level of professionalism at Willow Bend across the board with all employees is tremendous and the overall experience is about as good as it can get, at least for having to go to see the dentist, which no one looks forward to....Assuming nothing changes I am a customer for life. Keep it up Willow Bend!!!

I have to say I have never experienced such a wonderful experience. Not only was I comfortable considering how horrible my teeths condition were but the experience was a 100 out of a 10. I started having problems with my jaw when I was in college. By the time I was in my 50s, my jaw problem had become something I just lived with. However, one day I was eating and there was a very loud crack! I thought I had broken a tooth, but that was not the case. My bite was no longer comfortable. I could not chew without pain. I went to see Dr. Beougher. Although I had braces in high school, it had only been on the top teeth. I had also had two top teeth pulled to "make room" for the corrections. Nothing had been done to my bottom teeth. This is what started my problems in college when the braces were removed. I was clenching my jaws trying to make my teeth meet. It also made my top teeth move into alignment with the bottom and they were no longer straight. The answer was to straighten both the top and bottom teeth. After four months of wearing retainers, my teeth look great!!. I was able to keep my own still healthy teeth and have my smile look wonderful. The office staff were wonderful and kept me motivated. I tried Willow Bend Dental solely based on how nice the building looked and I was not disappointed. I'm not a fan of the interior decorating, but it looks like someone put a lot of effort into it and that matters to me. The staff was wonderful! Very knowledgable and friendly and explained everything very well. And something that I really enjoyed was they had a TV in the exam room and I watched TV while they cleaned my teeth. It made the time really fly.

I will say one thing was that I was very impressed with the office and staff, but underwhelmed by the actual doctor. He was in and out so fast and didn't really seem all that interested in getting to know me or explaining anything. It was made up for by the staff, however.

I can t say enough good about Willow Bend Dental. From the moment you walk up to those big gorgeous doors , you feel like you re at home or on a really fancy vacay! With a beautiful & inviting fireplace, and fine decor. Most importantly, the extremely friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Ritchie Beougher is amazing! He consulted with me before, during and after my procedures. I have a lot of old / damaged crowns that have been bothering me for quite some time. My old dentist did not listen to me when I repeatedly told them that my crowns needed replacement, so I left. After this negative experience, I didn t go to the dentist for more than a year because of fear that that nobody would listen to me. My husband found Willow Bend Dental, and tried Dr. Ritchie, and urged me to go. I finally did, and Dr. Ritchie LISTENED to me. He has fixed 3 of my crowns and we have a few more teeth that need to be repaired. I have my temporary crown on and it s even beautiful. I m thankful for Dr. Ritchie, & his kind and knowledgeable staff!. My daughter also goes here, and I will be taking our son. Willow Bend Dental gives you the VIP treatment! Did I mention that on my first visit, I think I saw Chuck Norris? Whoo hoo!

I've been going to Willow Bend Dental for ~10 years and have always had great experiences. The transition to Dr Butler has been seamless. I've always appreciated their "middle of the road" approach to diagnosis. Meaning, they recognize when things may be going wrong, but don't instantly push for action to be taken if it isn't warranted. I've had some items on a "watch list" for years and they've never progressed to a point where I needed to spend money to do anything. And when I have had procedures, they always take the time to make sure things are done right... you never feel rushed. I highly recommend.

Mine was a five star experience! from the day i called to scheduele and re scheduele my cancelled appointments (no questions asked! no cancellation fees either! Pleasantly willing to work with my unpredictable scheduele everytime), the comfortable waiting area of the elegant office, to the amazing and delightful staff! from the beautiful yet surprisingly sweet receptionist, the assistant who unreluctantly explained it all, the handsome doctor who spent a lot of time, to the billing specialist who gave me time to think about my options without pressure... it was all too good but true! Once inside I was able to confirm the doctor's so well acclaimed reputation! There were hundreds if not thousands of patients before and after pictures, testimonials, and thank you notes assuring me that this doctor does in fact, excellent work!

Ellyn Morales Dela Caza is my Dental hygienists. She is very professional. She s very thorough in cleaning my teeth and provided me with detailed instructions on how to keep my teeth healthy. She s kind and compassionate.

I have a sad and shameful story to tell. Was told by one of the dentists at Willowbend that I have 2 cavities and need to address them. Immediately I was suspicious due to my age and dental history and not being cavity prone. My suspicions were confirmed by a recent dental appointment that indicated no cavities present. This is the lowest form of dentistry and might be criminal in nature. Be careful when dealing with Willowbend now as their corporate management structure emphasizes profits over the well-being of your dental health. This will also be reported to the state dentistry board. I m sure this doctors behavior or similar behavior has been reported previously.

Great teeth cleaning by Stephanie! Always a great experience at Willow Bend Dental!

Hygienists were great. Dentist kept me waiting 2hrs, 3 times and actually didn t turn up the third time after I d been numbed 3 times by another dentist. I ended up realizing I didn t have to put up with being treated like that and left after paying my bill and being nice to everyone, because they were distraught because the dentist (dr B) wouldn t answer his earphone.
He called that night and said the same thing he d said the previous 2 times..... he had an emergency and turned his earphone off. Sound familiar? If it were true wouldn t at least one of his many staff know of that emergency?
Anyway, I had had a lot of very expensive dentistry done by him and needed my first root canal about two months later through one of the crowns he did.
I m not alone.... a friend spent many thousands and afterwards experienced a dentist who didn t show up for two hours or more, then she also left.

Dr. Beougher and his team there are amazing. I've been going here for the last 6 years and they always take such great care of me. Such a nice and welcoming staff.

This is by far the best Dentist office I have visited in my life. They are beyond friendly, make sure your always comfortable and never leave a question unanswered. My RDA was Curcilla who was very knowledgable and made sure I was well versed in all my options before going forward with my bad tooth. Dr. McKinnis didn't rush my examine and even replied with a "yes sir" whenever I asked a question. Before I left he made sure to thank me for coming in and told me to keep him in the loop regarding the specialist I was going to see. Jane the benefits coordinator is friendly, intelligent and very organized when it comes to getting you out the door quickly and well informed on pricing and insurance. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Over the past few days I've had various procedures done from a routine cleaning to wisdom tooth extraction. Everybody there treats you with the absolute best balance of professionalism and friendliness that I've experienced. After my first visit, each doctor & hygienist who worked on my teeth made sure to check in on me when they heard I was in, regardless of whether they were scheduled to see me that day or not. Both Dr. McKinnis and Dr. Beougher made me feel at home, which (most would agree) is a pleasantly strange description for a dental office!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Beougher and the staff at Willowbend Dental! From the very first consultation for porcelain veneers, everyone was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help me get the smile I was hoping for. The entire process from consultation to final placement only took about 6 weeks and was a very simplistic and pain-free experience. Dr. Beougher is always personally involved every step of the way which is very reassuring as he makes sure to share his professional opinion but also listen to his clients questions and concerns. The staff made me feel like I was truly their only client, always remembering to ask questions about things we had previously discussed. I just had my final setting of my veneers and absolutely could not be happier. I had an idea of how they would look - knowing they would be amazing of course - but I did not realize how it would truly affect my confidence! I had tried many different ortho options growing up, but in my late twenties I had come to accept that I was simply not happy with my smile and I was embarrassed by my teeth. With the new smile Dr. Beougher gave me, I cannot STOP smiling every moment I can!

I could truly go on and on about how amazing Dr. Beougher and the staff at Willowbend Dental are but I will leave it at this - go see them and I can promise it will be the best decision you ever make!

First off let me say Sara and Rue at the front desk made my day!! I am a real dental phobic and had not been to the dentist in over 3 years out of fear. It was like chatting with old friends rather than pushy sales people. No judgments. They were able to provide nitrous gas and tvs to relax me, blankets ect... The assistants and Dr were kind and to the point. I was told all ins estimates and options prior to starting my treatment. Sara even called me the next day to check how I was feeling.

Sheryl did a great job on my teeth cleaning. Great job and very knowledgeable.

I've been coming to Willow Bend for over 5 years now and couldn't be happier. It's nothing like the dentists I grew up with. From the quaint, cozy office decor to the genuine, compassionate staff - I always feel relaxed and comfortable during my visits. Earlier this week, I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating tooth pain. I called WB first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in first thing, diagnose the issue and take care of it right away. They were so sweet and caring throughout the entire experience. I couldn't of asked for more!

I have been using Willow Bend Dental for over 7 years and wouldn t consider anywhere else. The staff is terrific and take a personal interest in their patients. BTW, Dr Beougher could very well be the best dentist in United States. Plus, he is a great guy!!! If your using them, you should be.

I waited 4 years to write this review in case I was wrong. Upon my first visit I was quoted over $3k of dental work for a variety of problems I knew I didn't have. I refused, have been seeing a wonderful dentist since and not a single dental problem they said I had came to be true. Not one. Buyer beware.

I waited TOO long to address my dental needs. When I finally made the decision to take action, I needed a ton of work done. Starting with Sandra and including all the hygienists and office staff, then culminating with Dr. B, the entire team at Willow Bend Dental made me feel welcome and cared for.

They didn t judge me for the condition of my teeth, but rather informed me of the options for correction. The process began in Sept of 19 and as of today (Feb 11, 2020) I am almost done!

I have been very impressed with the results! I ve seen commercials for cosmetic dentistry and how it is life changing . I always wrote those comments off as good marketing, but now that I ve experienced the power of a confident smile, I will agree that life changing is a fair statement.

The other thing I ve always heard is that I shouldn t have waited . Again, for me personally, truer words were never spoken. I wish I had met Dr B and his team 20 years ago, but I m thankful for today!

If you re considering cosmetic dental work, do yourself a favor and talk to Dr. B before you make any decisions.

I love Willowbend dental for the way they make each patient feel like they are their only patient! They did a great job with on replacing my old crowns with brand new ones and did a beautiful job! Thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of me! I LOVE MY NEW TEETH!

I moved from Lewisville to the Far North Dallas area almost 5 years ago and finally decided that I need to find a dentist for me and my grown sons. I took a chance on Willow Bend Dental despite being initially intimidated by the "luxury" look of its' facilities.
I am so glad that I decided to have all of my family become a patients. My son went first and had quite a few fillings since we all hadn't been in few years. The staff was great and the doctor could not have been any better. I am an overprotective mom(since I'm footing the bill I think I can be one). They made sure that, even though I wasn't present, I was aware of all of the work being done and how much it would cost.

I have since had a few fillings myself and for the first time in my life had to get crowns. Now you don't have to have the laughing gas when you have your procedures(there is an extra charge for that). The pain was not unbearable. Great music is playing in the background. You are able to watch TV and/or a movie on small TVs while you are relaxing in the chair.

Dental work even with insurance can be quite expensive but I believe that you get what you pay for and if it's great, friendly and quality service that you want, then you should take a chance with Willow Bend Dental and Dr. Beougher.

Finally, I have had awesome routine cleanings with Susan. She is serious about detail care and that is what I need to whip me in the dental maintenance shape!

Dr Beougher does amazing work! The imidiate change to a persons smile all from his detailed work and creativity is literally life changing. He even has tons of pictures of before and afters to prove it! The staff are very friendly and the assistants make you feel so comfortable with care from start to finish. Dr Mckinnis knows his patients and works hard along side you to get you to a healthy mouth.This office is beautiful and you can really tell how much they put into making sure every patient has the best care. There s a reason why they are busy and have so many patients!
