I thought these guys would be helpful in getting me insurance but this lady named Nancy is just giving me the run a round. So thanks for nothing. Wish I could just give you guys no stars or take stars away.

This place is a joke. If they can make money off of you, they'll happily accommodate, if not, you're just another number to them. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. I could drop names (Becky and ray) but I'm not going to. The name of the game is INSURANCE. I don't really need to say anything more if you know how to think for yourself.

Thieves. Ray Olson was my agent and I trusted him, but he ended up charging me for full coverage that I never asked for on a car that was worth $500. I paid more than that every 6 months in insurance and lost at least a thousand dollars over the years with zero claims. I would never work with this company again. Disgusting business practices and zero integrity.
