I highly recommend Williams Computers and Electrical as their service is excellent. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. There is wide range of electrical items and I am particularly pleased with the light bulbs.

Williams are my first port of call for electrical bits and bobs, as well as the odd 3D printing job, wires, connectors, components and upgrades. I trust their advice, their help and assistance, confident that if they don't know the answer they'll tell me (as well as investigate to see if they can help) rather than try and baffle me with... errr... male cowpats...

ive used this shop recently, and took my tower in and the service was excellent, Rob spent a good bit of time fixing a few problems i had and the cost was good, a lot less than i was expecting. i had to go back in to fix another problem and he would not charge, but i left a tip, as i was grateful what he did for me. i will always use this shop for my repairs. and highly recommend this shop. good friendly service and at a good price.

I took my MacBook Pro in as had no wi-fi at all, it had just quit overnight! After a bit of investigation which proved inconclusive, he did an OS update file for me to take home, as it was quite a lengthy process, to see if that would help. I took it home and carried out the update, 30 mins later, all done and working like new. Save me a lot of time and money, so well done. Can't reccomend them highly enough, good work! I have used this shop on two occasions for repairs. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. They certainly know their stuff.

Went in with a dud graphics card, expected a long and costly repair. They had the job done within the week and for much less than expected. The staff even did some optimisation and gave solid advice, something i was pleasantly surprised with. Absolutely would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Just picked up my Thinkpad with a new SSD and upgraded RAM from Williams Computers. It is like a new laptop, very fast and it has saved me lots of money by not having to buy a new one.
Dom and Rob know their stuff, service was quick and price was very reasonable. I would recommend them any day.

I took my lap top into Williams Computers on Saturday 07/03/2020 and explained that, to me it was dead. On Monday 09/03/2020 I received a call from Dom saying he has looked at it and there were some serious issues, he then gave me some options, I told him to proceed, and prepared to wait for sometime or so I thought ,Tuesday Dom called me again and offered an upgrade, which I accepted, On Thursday Dom called again and told me it was ready for collection, When I arrived at the shop I was give my laptop back with a clean bill of health, Well I am amazed it not only runs like a new computer it runs better than when it was new. Well done Dom and team, I was kept informed every step of the way the end bill was surprising in a very pleasant way. I will definitely use them again for future IT issues.

Am an avid vr sim racer " G.E.F. RACING LEAGUE .. on the Sunday I totally wrecked my laptop by trying to fix 1 small problem it escalated to me wiping windows , grafix divers ect ect " was not looking good for a very important race Wednesday " took my laptop into williams computers 9am Monday . Got a call the next day at 2.30pm ALL FIXED... collected and by 4.30pm I was racing VR again .... The man's a ledgand. .

Not only do I buy my own equipment here, and trouble the lads minds with my 'techy' questions and problems, I bring friends over from Dover to do the same! In fact a friends laptop, purchased in the shop about 18 months ago, is currently undergoing an 'M.O.T.'. If you need PC's to be 'cleaned' and speeded up, then this is the place to bring them, for sure.
I just love to hear the range of queries in the shop, from the smallest light bulb query to High Build PC assistance requests.
A busy looking shop, usually showing at least 6-8 Laptops on show under repair and numerous other 'work-in-progress' items about.Those are the ones visible!!
Great ambience and since they have moved premises, Rob and Dom have so much more room to display those items that are just so difficult to find anywhere else in Town.

I highly recommend Williams Computers, they are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They also supply everything from a light bulb and a length of cable to high end equipment. I could not open up my laptop and I was worried that I would not be able to retrieve important documents. I took it to Williams Computers & Electrical, they were very friendly and helpful. They repaired my laptop and the cost was very reasonable. They kept me informed on what needed doing to the laptop and retrieved all my documents. I would recommend them.

I cannot praise these guys highly enough. A while back, they sorted out a really niggly problem with a networked printer that wouldn't talk to anything, and today they have put a new power supply in my PC in double-quick time, for an extremely reasonable price. Knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and efficient. I'm very grateful.
