Mc Donalds - Eltham Reviews

Called into Eltham Maccas on25/9/2022 at 3 pm. I bought a chocolate sundae and sat down to eat it. Looking around I could see a lot of rubbish all around on the floor.When I finished the sundae I went to put my rubbish in the bin.The bin was overflowing onto the floor. There were plenty of kids standing behind the counter who could have been told to clean up in the eating area .I’m 72 years of age and can’t remember ever eating in a filthier environment.

Fast food makes me feel ill.. Full of sugar and fat

Ok. I have lived in Research most of my life. McDonald's in Eltham has been consistently good for over 25 years now, so I thought it was about time I wrote a review. Clean restaurant. Great service with clear communication. The food is always piping hot and fresh so I just wanted to say thanks. Best Maccas in Melbourne. They've ruined me for other McDonald's since I was 6 and continue to do so. Great job guys.

Very busy time, school time, not enough staff at counters

Make sure to open the take away box or bag to check your order before you go, I ordered 4 burgers and only found 3 after going back home. And they refused to do anything to make up their mistake, other than you go back to get the missing burger (15 minutes drive one way)

The standard has dropped there are messy tables and dirty floors that did not happen before. Part of the problem is that people are not removing their own rubbish to the bins, this was a good feature of McDonald's teaching us all to be considerate to others. Everyone is screaming "Clean up the Planet" so set an example and Clean Up Your Table at Macca's when you are leaving! That makes it easy for staff to whip around and wipe the tables down and we all get a clean place to eat.

Fast service, orders mostly correct but once given a burger with the top bun missing

Friendly staff and usually a very good experience - last visit waited 10 minutes for fries and nuggets which seemed very slow but it was Saturday morning and they were under the pump.

Standard McDonalds experience, food and customer service was satisfactory

Very very long drive thru waits the last two times (not around peak times either)

Every time I've been here, the tables haven't been keep clean. Not so bad if you bring your own baby wipes, but otherwise, you'll be eating over the mess of others after wiping your seat down with a dry napkin.

I love the foods at macdonalds there are so delicious and the prices are so good

Nice restaurant, years ago it used to have massive fish tanks full of tropical fish but has since changed hands several times. Now all that remains is one fish tank. The restaurant is still quite nice as far as McDonald's goes though.

Ordered Egg and Bacon McMuffin meal with coffee and hot chocolate. Meal came out quickly, coffee and hot chocolate didn't. Had 3 staff check on progress and despite first two advising, after checking, it's busy won't be too much longer third guy said mix up and haven't started it yet 30min after original order, useless :@

I used to get my daily coffee there. Never again!
The last time I've been there the coffee was so bad I returned it.
They thought they fooled me by giving back my exact same coffee.
Will never go there again!!

Very high in sugar and calories no real variety in health options. Shame the staff are great. Obesity can be a result beware if you have a history of stoke or heart diease you may be next

Let me start by saying, I never write google reviews. BUT!!!
Worst Maccas ever!! We used to go there for its convenience, but for the last 3 weekends, every time they've stuffed up our order!!!
The last time I put the order through the app, when I got there, the girl asked me if I wanted to pay in cash.. I said I've already put in my credit card details through the app, she said I can still pay on premises .. so I paid in CASH.. my biggest mistake is that I did not keep the receipt ( its not usual you keep a receipt for cash from Maccas for breakfast), they still went ahead and charged my credit card.. When I called them.. they said.. sorry.. You can't prove that we have charged you twice!!!
If I can put less than 1 star.. I would.

Out closest Maccas. Pity it doesn't compare to others. Always have problems with their thick shake machine and often get something wrong with your order.

This maccas forgets something every single time. Without a doubt, I have ordered something from this maccas and they have forgotten a burger or an in tire meal! They need to work on their game because this is ridiculous!

i hate food here it is the worst food i have ever had it was horrible i nearly died after eating but the playground is fun

Did the job. Don't usually go to McDonald's. Burgers are usually rubbish. This time had toastie and Coffee.

Great coffee awesome stuff. A little slow but worth it for the quality.

Pretry standard suburban maccas, although they have a habit of leaving old menus up in drive through for weeks despite half the breakfast items not being available anymore....

Very cheerful, helpful staff. Pleasant, airy building with a generous play area for active youngsters.

You guys are a joke I not going there to get 5 star service but a little common courtesy goes a long way. If I buy a large sundae I expect it to be full not half empty, The worker stated that your policy is not to fill the cup!
When I asked the young worker for the manager she slapped her hand on the drive through window ledge with utter disrespect and then the manager came over with the same attitude!

Love the atmosphere and fantastic staff very helpful and happy.
Plus the kids enjoy playing in the kids area.

Quick service, however restaurant was messy. Not keen on dark walls with the refurbishment...also vinyl seating hard surface to clean. New seating ( stools) looks messy, chairs everywhere...imo, fixed furniture works best.

The coffee is Constantly good and they always use the correct milk. The staff are always freindly and dont tey to make you move to the waiting bay so the can reach a KPI

Night staff is really stupid, they forget the orders. They alter your meals, I asked for a large meal they gave me a small. They definitely don t like to fix their problem rather prefer arguments. Which customer don t have time for.

Worst maccas in Melbourne, they always get something wrong, 9 out of 10 times they stuff things up. Meat in patty when asked for none. No cheese in burger, coffee full of froth not coffee, chips half full. Cold food. Worse maccas ever, consistently worst ever. ..

When does Macca's, Eltham, not deliver... When they send you home with one chicken strip per bag... not 3 per bag as adverised. We're starving and feeling ripped off. Not happy.

Air con is being replaced, so it is steamy inside @ 15jan19. Toilets smell like a sewer at the moment. Drive through or avoid until air con is completed.

Can you guys fix your Menulog delivery partner settings. You are only able to buy a small frozen drink, no medium or large. Even if you buy a large meal you can only choose a small frozen drink with it. Ridiculous.. and the price of a small frozen drink by itself is $4.25. Some highway robbery haha larges are $1

Food is always good needs a higher drive thru for trade vehicle access

McDonald's Eltham has a great kitties playground and friendly efficient staff.

The services of the crews was fast they were friendly also.
