Tried to use this company but found those answering the phone on the evening of 17.11.2020 to be uninterested and unhelpful. Hopeless customer service. Customer experience dreadful. Complete waste of time. Used an alternative haulage contractor.

No courtesy call on delivery. Was stuck with delivery on pavement/road. Quick phone call 30 mins before would have solved that.
Normal company, working staff is calm and polite! We unloaded the car quickly!
Nice staff here. Big yard. Always a pleasure stopping here.
Dreadful company. I was told 3 times that the delivery was 5 minutes away when in fact the driver had arrived back at their yard. Rang next day to see when the goods would be with the customer and the guy that answered was rude and unhelpful.
