great prices and tidy shop. Long queues almost all the time.

Wilko is The only retail in the UK with good and cheap household goods. I liked shopping here.

Excellent service from the cashier. Prices kept low and plentiful stock.

Brought cleaning stuff only as other items were not in stock. Disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. One of the staff even had the audacity to laugh when other customers behind us asked a question regarding the queues and did not help at all just made the situation worse.

I love Wilkinson's hardware store so cheap great brands ...garden ...electric wireing and plugs extensions etc paint and wallpapers ....bedding ...pet food extensive range etc etc

Great selection of products at Wilko, from edibles to toiletries, household, kitchenware and pet products. I go there specifically for dog food/treats and wild bird seed etc. They have a really good range of both at better prices than anywhere else and the products are good quality. The store itself is nicely laid out, shelves well stocked, no clutter in aisles and staff are helpful. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the queues. Sometimes I walk out before I've even started when I see the length of the queues. When it's really busy they should have all their checkouts open, but very often there's only 1 in operation.

Everything I need at good prices. Easy to get to from the city centre

Good store for general household products, along with wide variety of pet foods, treats and toys.

Good range at sensible prices. BUT, need more staff on the tills! This has happened regularly over the past few weeks. Some people prefer to pay cash. Felt that customers being discouraged from using cash tills. Will think twice before going in this branch again.

This is the best place to visit for household, garden and diy items. Also snacks and drinks

The shop is very large and has a wide variety of items. However the queues were very long and they didnt seem to have much staff on tills.

Love Wilko... lots of goodies in store, and great prices. This store is one of the larger ones, with friendly, helpful staff. Can be queues sometimes, but they move quickly.

First of all, the queues, are unbelievable, and two tills open. Shelves half stocked. No customer service counter. Things on the floor left there, unless a customer picks it up.

Went wilko to buy water bottles and face mask.(btw they are rubbish). Used the self service checkout. Got a bit confused with it.

A nice variety of dresses to choose from but a bit pricey

This is a big store with everything you need. Many lines that are cheaper then other retail outlets, especially home products and brand names. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Customer service seems to be very important here, and that's what you want!

Great place to buy most things from wall paper to toilet rolls, from shampoo to deodorant, cat food to dog food plus lots more and all at great prices.

Can always find something useful here. Needs more tills but isn't too painful for how busy it gets. Good value
