In the beginning of last month I got caught in a very difficult situation, that I don't wish upon anybody.

My experience was a nightmare!!! But somehow this firm found a way to make it work. One of the highlights that sets them apart is their ability to keep it human. I have had previous problems with a H1-B visa application including a denial a few years ago. I was then referred to Wildes & Weinburg and they helped me get a J-1 visa just months after this denial. During the final months of the J-1, they helped me re-apply for an H-1 B. This was a tricky case as having already been denied an H1-B, reapplying would be all the more challenging and difficult. Andrew Drozdowski and Michael Wildes made it extremely clear in what we needed to do to accomplish this, and we began putting together a strong and detailed case. Taking into account that I had already been denied the same visa years before, this case was eventually approved much to relief of myself and my company. Wildes & Weinberg helped my fiance from USA and I navigate a very challenging immigration process. At every turn they were able to help with our K1 Visa Application needs. Guyana which is a Caribbean Country is very difficult to immigrate from; however Michael Wildes, Walter Gottschalk, and the rest of the W&W team had our back at every turn. Even when the US consulate wanted proof that went above and beyond and traditional requests. W&W let the consulate know we wouldn't be bullied and stood up for us. How the average citizen could fight this I'll never know.
