I have had previous problems with a H1-B visa application including a denial a few years ago. I was then referred to Wildes & Weinburg and they helped me get a J-1 visa just months after this denial. During the final months of the J-1, they helped me re-apply for an H-1 B. This was a tricky case as having already been denied an H1-B, reapplying would be all the more challenging and difficult. Andrew Drozdowski and Michael Wildes made it extremely clear in what we needed to do to accomplish this, and we began putting together a strong and detailed case. Taking into account that I had already been denied the same visa years before, this case was eventually approved much to relief of myself and my company.
