My husband and I had the best and first time experience purchasing a used mini van out of state at Wilde Honda in Waukesha Wisconsin. Wilde had the mini van we were looking for at an incredible price and although it was out of state, we were skeptical to purchase but with Chris Krause help, it turned out to be an excellent decision. From the beginning over the phone with Chris, to in person, we had the best buying experience ever. Chris was professional, friendly, courteous and so very helpful and not to say the least about his team..... TOTALLY AWESOME!!! We definitely will recommend Chris to our family and friends.

Just wanted to take a moment and give a big thanks to Kyle Barney. Although in the end we didn't end up purchasing out CRV through him, I wish we could have. He was extremely nice, patient and overall honest/down to earth. He spent alot of time answering our questions, letting us test drive multiple vehicles and trying to work with us to get us into a new vehicle (even texting after we left to layout some different car options that were similar to what we were looking for). However at no point was any of this pushy feeling, I felt like he was genuinely trying to help us. We plan to keep him as a contact for any future vehicle purchases. Highly recommend trying to work with Kyle if headed over to Wilde Honda.

I purchased a 2001 Honda Accord when my daughter was in 1st grade from Wilde Honda. They beat by over $2,000 dollars my home town Honda dealership and I have since given this 2001 Honda Accord to my daughter, now a college freshman, to have. Twelve years and 110,000 miles later my car is still like new.
My dealings with the dealership were much more than I expected. I made my best deal with the bank to finance at 4.9% and Honda gave me .09%. They even gave me a lunch coupon across the street at a great restaurant while they made some minor additions to my new car.
Now my daughter and son-in-law are looking for a new Honda Pilot and I am trying to steer them north in hopes they experience the same great treatment I was given. Thanks Wilde Honda I will be back to get my wife a new van in the near future, she deserves one.

After a few weeks of looking for cars we were feeling frustrated with pushy sales people. We found a car online at Wilde Honda and Max was a breath of fresh air. He wasn t pushy and he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. I would definitely come back for another purchase in the future.

It was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I picked it out online, came in to test drive it, signed papers and I was on my way. 2 hours out of my day. THAT'S IT. My sales rep Tyler, his manager and the finance manager went above and beyond. Thanks for making this stress free. It really made a normally painful part of adulting into a good experience. And I also absolutely love my new Honda.

Horrible customer service within the service depar...

Horrible customer service within the service department and even worse communication within they re own company. One employee tells you something over the phone, the other something else. Educate your employees on your policy so that people don t have to tow their cars there after setting an appointment, only to be told to it s better to take it somewhere else.

Alex Reifschneider is the man! My wife and I had a solid idea of what we were looking for heading to the dealership without the intent to buy. Alex showed us a number of options and provided a no pressure approach which left us with a very positive experience. While we had intended to look at other dealerships, Wilde had the cars and Alex had the approach that made us comfortable with going back and buying a car the next week. We told Alex our expectations financially and he made it happen with no pressure. We left the dealership with no buyers remorse and a great car.

It doesn't end there! After a day I noticed a few rattles in the car and emailed Alex, he set up service for me which was expected to be a 2 hour job. He suggested I stay with him at his desk instead of stewing in the service waiting area. We ended up talking for the next four hours while my car was being worked on!! It made a situation which would have been extremely aggravating much more tolerable. Alex Reifschneider has gone above and beyond any expectation I had pulling into the dealership. He is a master of customer service and a true advocate for the buyer. I look forward to buying my next car with his help.

Inquired on Honda s website about a CRV the dealership had listed and got in touch with Dino. He helped answer the questions I had about the warranty as well as the availability. He put me in touch with Chandler, one of the sales reps there, to help me out. From beginning to end they were both incredibly helpful, listened to my concerns as well as helped me stay within my budget. I appreciate Chandler s honesty and how up front he was. He even texted me a few days after the sale to make sure I was still happy!

My son and I were looking for a good used car for him. We worked with Paige Radtke and really appreciated her laid back, no pressure approach. On a cold Saturday afternoon she strolled the lot with us looking at a variety of cars. She was really easy to work with and very refreshing compared to the typical high-pressure used car salesman. Negotiating with her was a breeze - I'm used to the salesman acting like you are trying to get the car for free but Paige was much easier to work with. Never again. Our family recently purchased a pilot and an odyssey here and we were getting ready to purchase another suv this month. After the treatment I received last night at the dealership when I brought in our pilot for service we will never buy another vehicle here again. I was dropped off by the shuttle (at my request) at a local shopping area at approximately 145 and told to call for a ride back to the dealership when I was ready. Service called and left me a voicemail at 240 that my car was ready and to call for a ride when I was ready to come back. I called 3 times starting at 250pm and waited a total of 2 1/2 hours then was told there were no shuttle drivers after 4pm. They had all gone home. This from a car dealership.....get someone to get in a car and come and get me. It shouldn t be that difficult to figure out. I finally called an Uber and I got back to the dealership. No one at the dealership wanted to take responsibility for the screw up. Including the service manager who was sitting at his desk in the corner just watching it all unfold. They also sent my calls to voicemail when I was trying to get a hold of a manager to get back to get my vehicle. When I got there I assumed it would be very busy and this is why they couldn t answer the phone. Nope. There was only 1 other customers in the service department. Apparently they just didn t want to answer the phone. Four hours of my life I ll never get back.

Chandler Tedlie was our salesman. We recently bought a vehicle from this location. Chandler was amazing. Super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help us find the right vehicle for us at the best possible price. He worked with us on the price of the vehicle and we left very happy with our purchase knowing we made the right decision. Chandler made this a fun experience and if i were to purchase an additional vehicle I would definitely want him helping us out again. Hes a great salesman and an honest person. We are very impressed with the professional, but yet fun and enjoyable service he provided. I definitely recommend Chandler Tedlie as a salesman if you chose to purchase a vehicle from Wilde Honda. Purchased Trident on my 2015 Pilot. Car was taken ...

Purchased Trident on my 2015 Pilot. Car was taken in for treatment of interior stains and nothing came out...twice. Went through over 4 people at all levels in order to get someone to help me. Told next step was filing a claim. Dealership quote was over $2000 and Trident approved it. Wilde told me no courtesy car would be provided and the car would be held until payment was received so they couldn't tell me how long I'd be without a car. Trident told me they never had this issue with a dealership before. I have been going at this over a month with Wilde...tried calling today to schedule service and they didn't have my estimate, my claim, or ordered the parts. So took it upon myself to try and remove the stains with Resolve and low and behold they came out meaning the dealership did not execute any Trident service. Trident conveniently pays Wilde labor to replace any interior parts where stains cannot be removed. ADVICE: Don't ever purchase this product from Wilde. The runaround, terrible service, and scam-like execution of the Trident service is not worth the egregious amount of time you will waste...especially since they make you do most of the work. They take the money for it but don't want to execute the service. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Chris Krause was recommended to us by our daughter. Chris was extremely helpful with the purchase of our gently used car. He answered any questions we had and if he did not know the answer he found out for us. We appreciated his manner and his willingness to work with the manager on the price. When I returned a few weeks later with a problem, he made sure the problem was solved and kept me informed on the progress. I recently purchased a used (2011) Honda Odyssey at Wilde Honda. The buying process was smooth and we got a great deal on it. Prices were fair and they had a great inventory to choose from. I noticed a few small cosmetic and mechanical blemishes after my purchase, and just thought I'd call and ask the manager about it. I couldn't believe how well I was treated. Curt Reinholz (sales manager) was super accommodating to me and even put me in a rental car while these problems were fixed, free of charge to me. I would definitely recommend Wilde Honda after this experience! Thank you Curt and Rod (managers), I am very impressed by your professionalism and helpfulness! Alex in finance was great too, couldn't be happier about how I was treated at Wilde Honda!

That man chandler is a real one. This car industry is really easy to get taken advantage of but chandler literally did the perfect job that every car salesman should do and give the detail of every single car and the coverage costs as well as what comes with it. I was not hesitant what so ever on buying my Acura TLX and the deal wouldn t have been done if it wasn t for Chris and Eugene as well who assisted the financial end of the purchase. The guys at Wilde Honda are very reliable and trust worthy and I am happy that I was lucky enough to have a car sold by a very legit team thanks to Chandler! 10/10 would recommend for any car buyers or first time buyers.

I walked onto the lot with no idea what kind of car I wanted or was looking for. Chandler found me, listened to my list of needs in a vehicle, and immediately knew the exact one I needed. He set me up with a test drive, showed me all the cool features, let me take my time exploring the vehicle. Then he helped me get started on buying it! I also recommend Chris, who fully explained all of the protections and warranties. He helped me finish all my financing and buying the vehicle. I walked in with my own financing I was happy with, and left with Wilde s financing because they were able and willing to match mine. It was the first dealership able to do so. Chandler and Chris were PHENOMENAL! I had already knew what I wanted and it was so easy working with Chandler. He doesn t push you and he LISTENS to you! ASK FOR CHANDLER if you re looking at cars, he worked with us to get an AWESOME DEAL!
I also had the opportunity to work with Chris in financing as well! He was fantastic, he really helped get us a great warranty package (because I wanted it).

I bought an older model (2008), higher mileage (125k) vehicle from Wilde and within days it had an issue that essentially had it in for repair for most of the next few weeks. It ended up having a blown head gasket. Throughout the time, Wilde stood behind the vehicle repairs and due to the major engine failure, it was agreed we swap into a different vehicle. Unfortunately, nothing in stock within a comparable range. Wilde bought the vehicle back. While it was obviously inconvenient, Wilde stood behind it every step of the way and made good on the outcome by buying the vehicle back. I appreciate and commend Wilde on this and though I've never shopped at Wilde before, this has certainly earned my respect and future business.

I try not to write reviews, but I feel that this one is necessary. I used to love this dealership, but over the past few years, I ve been disappointed. I got my first 2 Odysseys from Wilde. The first one no issues. The second one I had less than 5,000 miles on it and all of the lights started to flicker. First it was mild, but then got to the point where people would notice when I drove around at night that my headlights were flickering really bad. I took it into Wilde on 3 separate occasions and each time I was told this is normal (their typical response when something needs to be fixed but it s under warranty). The last time I refused to leave until someone actually looked at the alternator and tested it, in which that was the problem and they replaced it.

Fast forward to me wanting to trade in my lease for a newer Odyssey. When I called to speak with my usual car salesman, I was informed he wasn t there. Ok, bummed but asked to speak with someone regarding trading in a lease. The person I spoke to was so rude when I tried to ask some questions about the trade in and told me I had to just come in. I came in a few days later- to not be greeted for 10 minutes, then have someone tell me to take a seat by a desk, where no one proceeded to acknowledge me for another 15. I left and went to Schlossman s Honda City, and they were amazing! Very courteous and helpful, was able to trade in my vehicle for a new odyssey the same day. Best customer service!

Fast forward to the past few months. Since I live closer to Wilde, I try to get my vehicle serviced by them out of convenience. About 2 oil changes ago I noticed that my car would make a grinding, rattling noise when put into reverse. My car also shifted gears hard between 1&2. I mentioned to them and they told me it was a brake rotor but normal. Odd, but ok. The noise continued. Then my radio started to go in and out with the network communication lost message. I had to get a bunch of recall work done, so when I called to schedule this, I mentioned that the rattling noise was still there, with the shifting, but now I m having issues with the radio. They said it would take all day to do the work, and when asked about a loaner vehicle I was informed they no longer provide this service. I arranged for my car to be dropped off. When I picked it up the next day, I was assured that everything was fixed and that the rattling/shifting issues was a brake pad issue that is normal with these models. That seems to be their go to response.

Having the vehicle back for less than 24 hours, the noise is still present and the radio is almost worse.

I called back to get something figured out for services, and was told I would have to drop off my vehicle again for an extended period of time. The woman on the phone was a bit short with me when I was trying to explain the issue. I decided to go to a different dealership, and brought it back to Schlossman s Honda City where I originally purchased the vehicle.

Talk about a night and day difference. They got me in quickly, offered a loaner vehicle, and were able to diagnosed BOTH issues (radio and Rattling) noise right away and fix it. Now I m weary of even taking my vehicle into Wilde for a simple oil change. But I m willing to drive the extra distance to go to Schlossman s for the great customer service and professionalism.

My husband and I had a very negative experience at this dealership, specifically with the manager. To begin our awful experience, we weren t able to find a sales associate in the lot to help us so my husband had to go inside and find someone. This was the opposite of what we encountered at a number of other dealers who had someone to greet us immediately.
We were prepared to purchase a used minivan this past Saturday and we asked for some wiggle room on the price since we found some similar vans at slightly different price points, at another dealership. We were told to speak to the manager. The manager immediately undermined my husband by asking him if the other van we saw was at a certified Honda Dealership (which it was) and then the manager refused to discuss the van we were interested in buying but instead began showing my husband other vans that were more expensive. We don t appreciate being treated with such disrespect as customers. We will never return to this dealership in the future and would never recommend Wilde Honda to anyone. Very poor customer service, obviously the result
of poor management.

Our experience here at Wilde Honda was beyond incredible. Our salesman Hector Contreras helped us out in finding our ideal car. He guided us throughout the whole process easily and made out purchase much more hassle free. Beyond grateful for the experience here and I'm content with our new CR-V. Anyone who is looking to buy a Honda in the Milwaukee area should definitely consider going to Wilde Honda.

My original post was a 5 star review (see below). I am downgrading now because I have lost trust in the certification process. A certified Honda is supposedly put through a rigorous 182 point inspection. My salesman also informed me that a vehicle with a previous owner who was a smoker or had a pet in the vehicle could not be certified. Well after a day or so of driving my new CR-V, it started to reek like wet dog! I feel this odor must have been masked, whether intentionally or not, at test drive. I then started noticing small white hairs all over the vehicle in upholstery crevices, cracks and all over the floor mats. You wouldn't see it unless you looked really close, but they were abundant. Clearly there was a dog in this car. It was very upsetting. I did my best to improve it on my own before calling to complain. Upon hearing my concerns, Honda offered to do a full detail to try to rectify the situation, and for that I am grateful. But, this entire situation leaves me questioning the quality of the certification process. If they missed the fact that the vehicle was covered in dog hair and stunk, then what else did they miss?

Again, I am pleased with the service I have received from all people I have worked with, but I'm still left uneasy from the situation. I like my CR-V, and once it is cleaned properly I will be happy, unless something else goes wrong.

Car shopping isn't always pleasant, but I had a great experience with Chris Krause at Wilde Honda. After reviewing the inventory online I knew just which vehicles I wanted to see, and Chris had them already pulled up ready for me to test drive upon arrival. He was super easy-going and helpful. There was no sense of pressure and no stereo-typical salesmen BS, which I appreciated. It was quite refreshing to deal with someone so genuine and sincere. Chris was knowledgeable and kind and a pleasure to work with, and on top of that I love my new CR-V! I feel great knowing I am in such a safe and reliable vehicle! You can't go wrong with a Honda!

I worked with Prestin (salesperson) and Jim (sales manager). Requested a quote online and Jim followed up with me. He stayed true to the numbers he quoted me on the phone. Then worked with Prestin on test driving, signing, and learning more about the features. The whole process was very smooth and efficient (which was pretty critical to me as the car I wanted was one of the last ones remaining in the nation). Very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

This was the best car buying experience EVER!!! Shopped the pricing with other Honda dealers and called Wilde last. The payment was $25.00 per month cheaper and when I returned to other dealers they refused to match the deal! My sales person Mike Cornfield was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all oof my questions. I purchased a Honda Pilot and I was a little concerned with the 4 wheel drive system failing. This problem was remedied when I met the Finance Manager Shawn Carson. For the same price that other dealers waned to charge me for just the car I got a 7 Year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and all of my maintenance included! The vehicle was protected against environmental hazards with a product called Trident and I have tire and Key fob replacement. If you are going to buy a car buy it from Wilde Honda and when you want your paperwork completed in a professional and timely manner ask for Shawn Carson by name! Thanks for a great experience! Two thumbs up guys!!!

My current experience was a phenomenal one. Corey Prince was very consistent on finding the right car for me and couldn't be any happier. The dealership was very welcoming. The Used Car department consist of Ali, Kurt, Aaron and Rod was very resourceful on selections I could choose from. Finance was also fantastic Justin Jencen and his business associate Zack made it a very easy process for me. I'm very proud of my 2014 Honda Accord EX-L and if you are looking for a great vehicle. These are the people you want to do business with. They are knowledgeable, fast and friendly with a smile. Thanks again for everything and see you all again for my next vehicle.

We had a great experience working with Nick Lewand. He was professional, calm, and helpful throughout the entire process. Nick was also diligent in making sure all of the needs of our growing family were met and made sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable with the features of our new vehicle before we left the lot. If we find ourselves needing another vehicle we will gladly work with him again!

I bought a used car from Wilde and after a month t...

I bought a used car from Wilde and after a month the A/C compressor died. I also bought an extended warranty only to find out LATER the A/C compressor was NOT COVERED. I dropped my car off in the service dept. to Kevin overnight. The next morning he called to give me a price and inform me it wasn't under warranty. Needless to say it was pricey and given the COVID-19 situation I was strapped for cash. I explained my situation to Kevin and he worked out a very good compromise that was affordable. He went far and beyond expectations for customer service.

Edit! Im one month away from owning the car that i purchased. My sales person was Naythan. Three days after i had it. I was stranded. Its a 2010 milan. The trottle body was bad. They covered it in full. But for three days i had no clu where my car was. Then....a few weeks later rust started bubbling through the paint. I trued to dump it and start over, only to be told that they wpuld only give us 4000 on a 12000 dollar loan and would tack the remainder on a different car. Leaving us at a 973 dollar payment monthly. Naythan said alot of work was done to it, but refused to disclose what was exactly done with it. After 8 hours i just signd and drove because i just wanted to get out of there. Worst experiance ever!!!!!!!!!
