We will never come back! We've been there numerous times. My wife tried to get a replacement player's card. She was told it wasn't her, because she got a new driver's license, and the first name was on one line, and the last was on the second! They told her it looked fraudulent!Her picture was on the computer as was her address. The ended up giving her a card. It didn't work! Very poor customer service!

5th Floor stay. Loud people in hallway Midnight to 5 pm.

Not the same... Like entering the twighlight zone...

First visit to this casino. Very nice! Was not overly crowded for a Saturday afternoon. Non-smoking. Following Covid-19 guidelines.

Came here on 5/27, roughly two weeks after their reopening during the pandemic. It was terrifying. I fully acknowledge I was going to gamble in a casino during a pandemic. However, I planned to wear a mask and be very careful to maintain social distancing. I was the only one with this attitude. It was a free for all. No social distancing. Only 1 out of 10 people had a mask on. Bar was packed shoulder to shoulder. Slot machines shoulder to shoulder. What are people thinking? The clientele here is just absolute trash. Let's get back to opening up America, but let's be smart about it. Glad I wore a mask to protect all the ignorant trash who patrons this casino. They just blew smoke in my face.

I like this casino because they have a lot of fun games. They let you win some so you can hang out! This is the only casino in the area that I have found with a non smoking area, thank you! I have fun here and I dont stink like a nasty ashtray!

Have tried this place on several occasions . The place is fabulous as far as amenities , but trust me , you pay for them . Honestly , never see any signers and we ourselves are yet to win anything there. We went there again today to play same old story , fabulous place , their building on , but can t seem to win anything. Decided to go for lunch , the prices in their restaurants are outrageous . We did not eat and decided in the future we will go elsewhere.

Been here quite a bit in the past 4 years. It's more my go to casino than others in the valley. It would be nice to actually have like craps tables and roulette, however that may be associated with a state law why it isn't incorporated. But go here and you shouldn't be disappointed.

Room was lovely. Enjoyed the variety of eateries in the casino. It was a holiday weekend and they had had a pwoer outage. All staff was incredibly accommodating. Well done.

Experience was great. Pool was fun took my kids and got some looks because i have kids at a casino but other than that staff is fantastic place is clean, friendly and i will be returning

I am so happy that they still have my favorite slot machines in their casino like the nickel keno with 4 card play . Thank you very much for keeping them on the floor. And they still have my favorite old time dollars slot machines too. Thank God because that is the main reason I come to the casino. I am an old lady who likes the old machines and not those new confusing machines that are hard on my eyes to look at and can give you a seizure with all those bright flashing lights. As long as they keep my old favorite machines then I will continue to come gamble. Thanks Wild Horse Pass . You Rock !

Just another casino. But its modern with some good food choices. The RV and truck parking area has some issues. Sometimes you're lucky to get a spot to park your RV, and if you do, your right up next to all the tractor trailers that park here. And the RV truck spaces are not measured off correctly.

I had a very enjoyable time at the Gila River Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino. As always they have the most cutting edge and up to date slot machines and a large enough amount of them that even on the weekends you don't have to to wait around for a machine to play on. The hotel itself is very trendy and always immaculate. The pool is one of the the most comfortable and enjoyable that I have had the pleasure of visiting in a long time

Immaculately clean rooms, I had a great room with a view, the pool was awesome, and the games are good. I caught a guy cheating at poker and the management handled the situation like pros.

Love the keno machines here. Not as much variety in the slot machines as the other casinos around but still nice. Upscale hotel attached. No Wi-Fi. Had a good time overall

We really had a Great Time at the Casino. We definitely enjoyed our Sandwiches from the Between Slices sandwich place. The atmosphere was fantastic.

The casino is great! I didn't win anything but that's to be expected. Dinner at the 24/7 cafe was decent. My nachos were good but my mom's biscuits and gravy was lacking flavor and a little dry. Happy hour in the casino is awesome and I wish it applied while in the restaurant. Overall good experience.

After being blown off from my upgrade from gold membership to platinum for over a month the app on my phone showed platinum status but didn't see the $150.00 in free play and $50.00 in food that comes with the platinum up grade so I went to wild horse pass casino customer service on the 26th of January they gave me the card but told me the rewards wouldn't be loaded until the 29th. What a joke why give the card then couldn't do anything with it. So I left I went back on the 28th and just to see if it was loaded yet I checked at the kiosk it wasn't so I just used the money I had on me about $700.00 to gamble got it up to about $4000.00 then lost $3000
Of it back. And I checked the kiosk again and as always when you win a lot and lose a lot right back you get comps freeplay and free food.the freeplay money that I got was $114.00 and the food was $45.00 so any way I came back on the 29th to get my up grade freeplay and food.only to be snubed once again by the manager who came out and told me my freeplay was loaded on the 28th and was already played on that day I told him no it wasn't that freeplay was earned by me on the 28Th with the $4000
I gambled on the 28th and I said it was only 114.00 that was your free play upgrade he said I said it wasn't the upgrade and I pointed out what about the food he said they would give that to me instead of loading it on my card they gave me a slip with the 50 on it. I went to the food court and got a milkshake it was rung up $5
And they said the rest would load back on my card it didn't and now they skrewed me out of that to .

Great place for some adult entertainment although I would love to see more machines!

It is very easy to find the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino, being right off of I-10. Check-in was fast and the service was friendly. Our room is spacious and clean and the King bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a while. The 24 hour cafe is convenient and offers good food. I haven't tried the other food offerings yet but that will be in the future. This has been a worthwhile stay.

This Casino is very Smokey and disgusting around all the slot and video machines. This casino needs to have a bigger Non-smoking section! Second hand smoke kills! I feel sorry for the workers!
The Coffee Shop 24/7 had little to NO service, workers all standing around talking so we walked out to find a better restaurant.
I do how ever give ***** FIVE stars to the restaurant called "Ling And Louies", which was one of the Smoke FREE places in the whole Casino with Excellent service.

Ate dinner at the steak house on the 2nd floor. Menu is over priced for what you get. The filet was good, very small. Sides are extra and were not very good. Asparagus stalks were to big and scallops were not that great. The table was not level and every time you cut your steak or move the table was wobbly. Two people with only 2 soft drinks the bill was $120.00 for dinner..The casino has deceiving slot machines. They say one thing for minimum bets and charge you more. I have been in many Indian casinos and recently was in Las Vegas and never experienced machines that deceive you with what the bets are.

This casino has a great staff that truly looks out for you after winning a significant cash prize. They appoint you a security liaison who stays by your side until you are secured into your vehicle and heading off property.

Love this place compared to talking stick and casino arizona wild horse all day or any gila river casinos just got my 3rd 20$ gas card of the month thank you wild horse for actually giving me a incentive to use my players card that they provide bonus eveytime

My favorite casino. The valet guys are great. The food is wonderful. The gambling is good. Lots of choices.

I think this is the best Casino for slots and video poker. Other casinos are much more stingy in my experience. The poker room consistently has friendly, welcoming employees who seem to enjoy their job and. appreciate their customers. This place is very casual and comfortable. Although they do not offer a buffet, they have a variety of good dining options.

Fun casino, abysmal service. Went to the River bar where I was absolutely ignored, followed by the same treatment in the food court at Fatburger. The poor service just wrecked the whole experience. Nothing like feeling completely ignored when trying to get a simple bottle of water or some food. There are plenty of other places I can go, I think ill exercise those options after this visit. Update: I just realized that we were in the food court area for close to 35 minutes and nobody ever came out to clean a single table. With Covid, you'd think they could at least do that!

Awesome place to go. All the employees are nice and knowledgeable about places. Went to a concert and it was handled very professionally. Enjoyed every minute I was there. I even had a chance to win a small jackpot!!!

Fun time. Would suggest they provide a Welcome section to help new customers get better acquainted with the Casino especially when we had not been in a Casino for quite a while.

Only saw the casino side, which has changed a lot since I was their last. Seems to be larger, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Went for a quick slot session. Never win much here but it was ok.

A lot of fun. I recommend the Willy Wonka or wizard of Oz interactive penny machines!! As your credits get low, they always make sure you hit for a pretty good amount to keep you on the machine!! I've spun and gotten free spins in the bonus round and won over $300 in the bonus round alone, multiple times!! A LOT of fun!!!

great staff and facility, I asked a manager for a quiet place that I could read for a couple of hours. He walked me to a spot and sent staff to get me something to drink,his treat ! They are adding a bigger restaurant at the pool. A Starwoods property ,it has a very nice walking trail that is a 2 and a half mile loop.

Only rating the casino. Very disappointing! I spent $60.00 on 2 different slot machines and won 1 spin for $4.00. I go for fun not to win and this was not fun!
I walked around and saw few people winning anything. Patrons looked depressed.
I know the house always wins but if it isn't fun why do it? Food was good but gaming was awful.

Smokey, racist casino!! If you complain about someone else harassing you, Since it's an Indian casino, They will kick you out of their casino, Or ban you. They will make a lame reason, to kick you out!! And they rip you off of your points, on your player card!! They are a sovereign nation Indian casino, look it up. If your all for the American people, equality, And fair rights for all Americans, avoid this place!! It's so smokey you probably will have asthma attack attacks, and dry your skin out!! I don't suggest this casino for the elderly at all! Smokey, bad for your health, The bonuses on machines pay very little!! Very much rigged!! Check it out for yourself!

We love going to WHP because the place is clean the staff is friendly and out of all the casinos around here WHP is the one I and My Fiance feel the safest. With this virus spreading like wild fire it is scary to go out to do anything. We take it very seriously and I am so glad to see that the staff at WHP do also. I have just sat and watched them try to do their part and get told off or given attitude just because they ask someone to pull their mask up or go to wipe down a machine before someone else sits down. I would like the staff to know that there are people that appreciate what they do for us (the customers) because if they didn't we wouldn't have any place to go to just get away for a little bit. So with that being said THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AND OWNER/OWNERS! YOUR DAILY RISKS, YOUR DEDICATION AND YOUR HARD WORK IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Used to love this place. But they have a large amount of new machines and games. They have only a few penny machines that are actually fun to play. Most of the new ones have a min. Bet at 70cents or higher..

A very nice hotel with quality amenities and friendly staff not to mention the casino on the property.

We went to Shula's for dinner to celebrate a couple of wedding anniversaries. The food was phenomenal. The drinks were good. The service was better than good but not quite excellent. Would recommend this place for special occasions.

So it's probably not fair for me to rate this place. I don't gamble, smoke or really drink. I met some family here and we grabbed a bite to eat. It's kind of smokey in here even though the vent system seems to work well. Man I feel so sorry for gambling addicts. In just passing I saw people dumping money in machine after machine chasing the money God line he can really make anyone happy. Nobody is smiling or laughing. There just smoking and drinking and pissing away money hoping they will hit a jack pot. I hope they find some path out and into some hope. Christ really is our only hope and my means is not to offend. Just lovingly recommend.
