This is a great store with excellent customer service.

My 30-year-old tube feeder was totalled (finally) by something that knocked it off its hook and found on the ground broken. Doug said it was too badly damaged to repair, honoring WBU's lifetime warranty. Today the crowd of starlings, Mr and Mrs Cardinal, the Jays, Mr Squirrel and others are enjoying WBU food in a beautiful new feeder. PS. This one may go out of warranty when it outlasts me! Great service by Sarah and Doug and WBU.

High quality bird feed, feeders, baths, houses, books, gifts, and more. Employees are passionate and knowledgeable. Membership is a good deal if you regularly buy bird seed. I recommend trying the butter bark and some of their other alternative foods to attract new birds to your yard.

I cannot say enough about this store and their staff. They're incredibly welcoming, wildly knowledgeable, and extremely patient (even with my father-in-law).

Their staff are ready to solve any problem you're having while birding. Whether it be recommendations for different seed or a trick to modify your current setup, they've got you covered, and again, they are so friendly while doing it!

I was not a bird watcher until I invested in a Wild Birds Unlimited feeder. They make the hobby super easy to do. Their feed is pure without worry of putting weed seed in your yard. You can get bird seed and feeders elsewhere but they will not last like The Wild Birds brand. I have had my feeder system for 10 years and it is still as good as new. I never take it in but use it all year. If you are looking to get into this hobby Wild Birds cannot be beat. They also have cute yard ornaments and chimes.

Nice selection of original backyard accessories: bird baths, bird houses, jewelry, etc. Amazing variety of feeders and food but the best part of the shopping experience is the staff. The staff is helpful, knowledge and attentive. Great place for wind chimes as well.

I have tried to go to this store 3 times in the last few weeks. They are inside but you can t shop there. They came outside, the last time I wanted to shop there. They told me they would be opening the store for shopping the next week. That was 2 weeks ago. I will buy my bird feed supplies at Sullivan s Hardware, where I can actually go inside and see what I m buying!

Love this shop. Great selection of standard and special feed, feeders, houses. We are always able to find gifts that you can't get other places. Great staff, you can ship for an hour and still see me things. Even have resources for bird watching.
