My first time i enjoyed myself can't wait till Halloween
Mannnn Wild Adventures needs to get it together. All the rides with the exception of maybe 3 look like they ll fall apart at any minute. It sucks when you go looking for a ride and it s down for maintenance. For goodness sakes they re only open on weekends now so you d think this isn t a problem. It was still ok though
Great place to visit. We were our masks & enjoyed ourselves safely.
Fun mixed type amusement park. Waterpark was closed, and its still 90 there outside. Pandemic cleaning was non existent, with masks only enforced st the entrance no where else
Went on rides first time ever on my life. And I'm 56. Enjoyed myself today!
Fun! Not crowded. Everyone kept up with social distancing between them. Bought a great groupon family pack. Downs....safari train down for maintenance and the Cheetah roller coaster closed. Other than that, no issues, Safari Burger had great food.
It would have been perfect in all the rides were open Fun just the same .. The Boomerang roller coaster ride ..... A little bit freaky me
The Pumpkin Spice Festival is fun and delicious for all! So many great choices to eat. Animal feeding experience was super.
Great family fun day some rides closed prices are high 3.50 for a 20oz coke out the drink machine... Don't get me wrong loved the place had fun but u better bring your wallet Loaded!!
Lines are never really that long. Buying tickets at gate and they are 49.99 for second day free (only way u can buy). Many many good rides closed. Water park is closed already for the season. No point in coming here for the price. Maybe next season after covid.
I m a 14 year old kid, and ever since I was 8 I have always loved going here. Good food Great rides, especially when the water park is open.
Great place to spend a vacation! They extended our seasons passes into next year and have many safety precautions in place. Really enjoyed the visits, will be back soon!
Had a great time at the pumpkin spice festival. Food was great and the park is well maintained.
I love wild adventures. Would I go all the time? Probably not. However it is a very family friendly park. Tickets are a bit high for qhat they have open in the fall. I feel as if tickets should lower when certain attractions are not open. However, over all, I enjoy the park!
Nice throwback to my childhood coming here, not alot has changed so it was really cool to come back.
This is a small theme park but I've always liked it. I'm really disappointed in seeing no growth in several years tho. So many rides were closed down/removed and none added. They really need to add some big coasters:( I bought the season pass and wondering if I should've. Still enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, and friendly employees.
The rides might not be the best, but it is a great way to cool off in the summer. The water slides are great and there's plenty for all ages. My kids loved it
Never crowded but its miserable to go because you have to wear a mask in 100 degrees and 75 humidity yet you can keep your distance of more than 6 feet. I wont go back till the mask fiasco is over. Other than that a great place.
My four year old had a great time here. There is something for all ages. We can't wait to go back when she's older to ride the bigger rides. I am taking off two stars because of the reduced operating hours, several attractions were closed, and rides were seated at reduced capacity making the wait times especially long. We felt we overpaid due to these reasons. Also they require masks for ages three and up which we felt was too young. Wearing a mask in an outdoor setting seemed unusual and difficult due to the heat and humidity. We will return when these restrictions are eased.
The theme park was excellent and the water park was awesome. A really bad thunderstorm came through about 1:30'ish and the park had to close. But the park was excellent in comping the next day. They even gave us our continued rental of a cabana. We will definitely return to your park in the future.
I took one of my kids today, it was the first day that were opened for this season. The place was pretty packed, but the lines for the rides weren't too bad. They have a great selection of wild animals to look at on the safari, and the tiger show was pretty awesome as well. An added perk to the park is if you are a Pokemon GO player, there are a ton of pokestops and even a few gym's in the park. The food is overpriced, but that seems to come with any theme parks, and the daily price is really high compared to their year (season) pass, but the year pass is a pretty good deal. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely be back. Would definitely recommend for those young and old.
Great place to take the whole family. We had a great time even though all the rides weren't open.
Wonderful visit. This is a one day park until water park opens, then a 2 day park. Bug spray and suntan lotion well recommended. Bring bottled water, small back pack, water $4 a bottle. Our family had a great time and our youngest lost his fear of roller coasters. Highly recommend this place for family, young and old.
Pleasantly surprised that this park had nice rides. It's worth a visit. I would visit again if I am passing through Valdosta.
I can say I have never been this miserable going to an amusement park, water park, or animal park. The animals looked miserable, the elephant was laying on her side in the water like she gave up on life. The water at the water park was hot. We got in the wave pool and they didn't turn the waves on. Also you couldn't play in the wave pool, every time someone would start playing they would blow the whistle and get on to them. They need misting systems in the water park to help cool the concrete off so your feet don't burn off. Ate at the BBQ restaurant and it was absolutely disgusting. We ordered chicken and was given what looked to have been 2 year old cooked chicken they found up under the grill. We were scared to eat in fear of getting food poison. Some rides were closed due to maintenance and the workers looked miserable. Some of the shops and places to eat were closed.
This is an amazing get away for a small city like Valdosta! We have gotten season passes for the last couple years. I highly recommend.
Friendly staff! We never had to wait more than 5 minutes to ride. My children love wild adventures!
Had a good time despite covid messing up things in the park. The only thing I had an issue with was the pool at wave country. They were supposed to turn the waves on every 15 minutes but because of c19 we didn't get wanted at all, so there was really no reason to call it a wave pool since there was no waves. They didn't even bother telling people, we had to ask and even though they acted like it was a problem. The people pay for certain things and we expect to be compensated for our hard earned money. Other than that all the food and snacks were ridiculously overpriced and you weren't allowed to bring anything in to the park. To give you an idea of what I mean by ridiculous, the water and sodas in the drink machines were 2.50 a piece. 20oz bottles.....$2.50. Truly a rip off if I've ever seen one. Other than that we had fun. Park wasn't packed so lines for rides weren't long and some rides had no lines at all.
Good clean fun for the whole family. They have something to do for people of all ages including rides, games, food, and shows.
This place is amazing! We loved everything about it. The pumpkin spice festival was amazing. I'm a huge pumpkin spice person. Our 2 year old absolutely loved all the animals . Where else can you place with animals amd ride rides!!! Thank you wild adventure for having such an amazing place to make our little girl smile!
I typically don t take a star off but there were a few times where some of the employees did not take their jobs very seriously and lacked on the customer Service that Makes places like this stand out. However, Other than a couple downer employees the park was amazing there was no wait on any of the rides and more importantly my children had a blast. If I would suggest anything it would be to maybe address some of the kiosks and the people operating them with negative attitudes but for the most part it was a great experience.
Clean. Sanitizer every 5 feet. Masks required except water area. Team lead Brandon (green shirt) was the most friendly!
Place was empty all day! We had a Absolute Blast And the kids loved it Because there was NO lines at any Ride! They werent that strict on the Mask thank God It was hot!
Nice place, lots of fun but very pricey for the current situation. Definitely could use some more clarity on how children at certain ages are free as long as you go online first and literally do the same thing if you were in person. If you are trying to get your children in free, you will need a passport or birth certificate in order to prove it. Neat that they have festive events.
We have season passes, best money I ever spent. Our kids love to come here.
Fun time! During the winter season they appear to have hours from noon to 9pm. This worked well for me, as I arrived around 4pm and stayed until close. The Christmas lights were beautiful after dark (around 6pm). They had a tiger viewing from 5:30 - 8:30pm. There was no specific show going on, the tigers just hung out and the showman (I think his name was Andy) was super nice and willing to answer questions. Typical theme park/fair rides and food - I tried the colossal milkshake from the ice cream place and it did not disappoint.
I rate 4 stars instead of 5 because Wild Adventures is more of a regional theme park. I've seen better Christmas lights in Chattanooga, TN. Better rides at Busch Gardens in Tampa. The arcade is small. So the park isn't on the same scale as some other places, but there is a nice variety and will certainly fill up a day. And the water park is a must if you go during the summer, they do close it during winter.
Wonderful place to spend the day. A lot of ride's for everyone and a great water park.
My family loved it they were a little disappointed because some of the rides were closed but over all we had a great time
Nice family atmosphere and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the six kids with me running free and having fun.
NO MORE CHEETAH! I wonder why they closed it also No Safari Jeeps, Pharoahs Fury, or Vikings Voyage, but it was super fun!
This is a really nice place. It wasnt crowded. We even get to back for free tomorrow. This is our new summer family spot!
The pumpkin spice theme was awesome but alot of the rides were down. Also I have a special needs child and I felt I got alot of grief from the employees when it came to understanding her disability.
I've tried to access your link and it tells me it doesn't exist.
Best valued theme park around FL/South GA. Might could use a little updating but with roller coasters, animal exhibits, and a full water park it is more than worth the money and drive.
I live in Florida tourist destination of the world , but every year I take my preteen grand kids to wild adventures. The price is reasonable we pay for two days, small ones love the animals, there are enough rides to accommodate all ages, food isn't totally unreasonable, everyone enjoyed water park especially me I just sat in lounge chair relaxed an the kids had the.time of there life. Some.rides weren't open due to covid understandable we were all given hand sanitizer before getting on rides there were a lot of portable hand washing stations. Overall great time for all
This park is a hidden treasure. The cost of admission is extremely reasonable and includes the water park. Plus they have sales that make it even cheaper.
As for the park itself, it has a great variety of rides for all ages. The rides are a mix of carnival/fair rides and larger roller coasters. Plus, the ride lines are minimal, so you're able to ride everything in a single day. Animal viewings are also spread out around the park, including a train ride that takes you around to see larger animals that are only visible from the train (zebras, elephant, rhino, buffalo, etc).
Finally the water park is great too. It has some great slides, lazy river, and multiple kids areas. There is also a wave pool, but it wasn't making waves when we went, so it was more like a large walk in pool.
I'd recommend going for anyone that wants a fun day at a theme park without paying the expensive price of the bigger name parks.
It was awesome. I would only add to spray down each seat with sanitizer spray after each person rides. Sweat is left on seats after each petson rides.
Gold season passes are well worth the money. Has always been a great experience in the past years. Now, you are expected to walk around in 100 degree heat with a mask on. You also have to have one on the rides in the park. I will not be back until the mask ordeal is over.
Great family atmosphere! Friendly staff, clean and fun. Many great memories made today by everyone!
Fun for the whole family! I grew up coming here, and my child gets to do the same- and we always have a BLAST ! VISITORS- Highly recommend yall visit here ALL ages And enjoy the theme park! AND- they also have an animal/safari side with tons of awesome creatures!
Everyone loves Wild Adventures! Drove up from Tampa Bay on mini vacation.
No wait on rides and not crowded... Other than the extreme heat our visit was spectacular!
Big plus is the kids rides at front of park and
Classic run-away-mouse type ride...
I have the season pass and really enjoy spending time with my family here. We love the water park and shows especially the Christmas shows.
I liked this park because there is so much value. They offer so many rides for all ages and a water park all for one price. The lines are short so not much waiting to enjoy each ride.
Love this place. Super close to the house. Nice quick getaway with the kids for the weekend.
There were a lot of rides for the kids to enjoy. They had a great time. But, they need to do a better job sanitizing and enforcing masks. There was one ride that didn't sanitize at all. More than 50% of children were not wearing masks. A lot of adults were not as well. I know it's hot, but when it's crowded like it gets, we can't risk spreading covid-19. I only heard one employee enforce the mask rule. They need to do a better job. Also, getting into the park I got a lot of information about the pre-K card...I think it's ridiculous to say that kids up to 5 can get it but change the years so that my 4-year-old couldn't get it. The line to get lunch was super slow and it wasn't even a long line. The store to get ice cream was insanely hot. Overall, we had a good time and we will go back, but likely when things are better with the pandemic.
This place is definitely not for thrill seekers. There is one decent Rollercoaster, however, every single ride appears to be need of much repair and better upkeep. There was rust on the rides, a lot of paint missing in several places, walkways needing repairs and many other issues. Most of the rides beat you to death while on them. Bathrooms were disgusting and the food was subpar at best. This was a disappointing day for our family. We won't be back.
Great place to bring the kiddos. A decent selection of rides for all ages... you must checkout the Safari train(may not be the name)it's a short ride but you get to see so many different/cool animals. The gator feeding was pretty cool.
Even with the afternoon showers, it was great. The cabanas were well worth it. Yes we had to wear masks on the regular rides but not in the waterpark area.
