Its a small company, the owner is an amazing woman very funny and friendly when things are going well. When things aren't going so well her and her children turn into other people. The yell at you and make you work late for no reason. The office is beautiful, my direct manager was amazing. The location is great. This company is all about delivering result and if you couldn't deliver you were out the door. I worked there for about 3 months I had a good time everyday but I'm glad I made the decision to leave the position wasn't for me.

Be very careful of this company if you are applying as an Internal candidate. You only get treated like a human if you are an external candidate who can travel or a client looking for workers. The real true masks come off after you re hired. You are treated like a slave, micromanaged to no end, and talked to like a child. It is a family run business so be weary of the clickish behaviors. Behaviors are rude, condescending, and vindictive.
