Great rooms and a nice breakfast. Just nice and pleasant

Suitable as a place to stay. Breakfast o.k. However not necessarily for a longer stay for me.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are new, the staff are well-intentioned only breakfast 14 euro is too expensive for this price is very insufficient.

Especially relaxing I find in the evening (after a walk right out the back entrance ', there you are right on the leash meadows, with storks and cuckoos) .. so in the evening the stylish bar with lounge music and the three huge LED walls with tropical Fishing ... Say: Immediately after work, I can switch directly to vacation.

On the occasion of a conference: <br/> Complete hotel without air conditioning <br/> Room lighting was already in the direction of Stundenhotel <br/> Water bottle in the room 7 !!!!!! <br/> Breakfast complete self-service, so for every cup of coffee trudge to the station Lunch Buffett Standard, drinks for conference guests Lunch 1 small wine glass !!!! Cola, water, apple juice During the conference coffee only during the breaks, never seen so fast you switch off the coffee machine after a break. Snacks for a break, just made-to-order products. Dinner average on the average quite clear on the plate. Dessert hot apple strudel, visibly finished. <br / Conclusion: How the hotel came to the stars remains clear. Repetition definitely not.

Large Htoel with conference center. I had a perfect stay.

I stayed in the Design Hotel (4 stars). My experience looks good in all areas. It looks innovative, the design of the room is new and the facilities are present. The breakfast is very extensive. The parking costs 5 euros per 24 hours. In addition, your car is in a safe place.

This is something different not seen elsewhere. A fair description is difficult to do. Nice room, breakfast, restaurant, surrounding, staff and a fair price.

Rooms are very small and too warm. The shower water was ice cold and a complaint was only noted, an apology was not. Minibar is available, but empty. The plastic flooring in the room feels very uncomfortable. Buffet food was difficult as the containers were not labeled. No cabinet available. The 2 stars are there for breakfast, that was okay. The service - well. Whether you have to rinse the table loudly just then, when you sit there at breakfast? According to HP, there are subway tickets at the reception. Unfortunately, but no to the train station.

Visually appealing rooms, friendly staff, felt huge TV for room size, clean and quiet. Stay well "my" hotel if the road leads me to Hannover :-)

Very nice and modern designed hotel room, with a tablet to manage various hotel applications or just to use the internet. There is also a very good cooling refrigerator (suitable for medicines that require refrigeration) or drinks, etc. The bathroom is also very well designed.
What was particularly positive is that there is a night light in the door area and in the bathroom.
We'd love to come back again.

Hotel top, the attached restaurant unfortunately completely overpriced. Even in Frankfurt it is cheaper. At the breakfast buffet there are no coffee pots for the table, every cup has to be taken separately. Fails at the price, unfortunately, absolutely not.

So first the positive thing!
The rooms are very modern, I think the beds are perfectly fine and it's clean too! A huge tv is available and modernly furnished as you can see it on the pictures! The breakfast is perfectly fine and there is something for everyone! Parking in front of the door is also available and there is a train connection!

However, I find it negative that in such a modern hotel there is no air conditioning!
The shower is very small, which doesn't bother me, but one or the other would certainly not find it so great.
When you come into the room a water bottle falls in the eye 0.75 l for 7 euros I find it very expensive!

Our room was clean, in mint condition and simply but practically furnished. The view over the meadows was wonderful; You could enjoy the quiet even in the morning hours. The price performance ratio is very good! Only the breakfast is too expensive at 17.50, so we did without it.

Although it is more of a business hotel, very functional and less "design" hotel or cozy - we will also come back as "private travelers".

A somewhat undercooled acting conference hotel. Service ok, atmosphere could be more cordial. At the same time professional.

There was cobwebs on the roof, the bed had a lady in it, the toilet was unkempt, the breakfast was okay, I wouldn't recommend it for those who want it comfortable, but for those who can't afford it. The safe is sluggish so put nothing there if you decide to stay there.

The hotel offers meeting rooms of various sizes. The smaller rooms are full of stuff but quickly stuffy. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk was exemplary. I will gladly come again.

But unfortunately some points to complain about. Room much too warm and no air conditioning. If you leave the window open / on top of it, you are awake at 6 a.m. because the tram keeps ringing or things are being driven into the goods receiving department.
The WiFi does not work. You are not even told that when you check in ... after a long trial and error at the reception, the wifi has not worked since the day before. Google hasn't revealed ... for over a week.
For a hotel that presents itself online in such a way that you can even check in with your mobile phone and open the room door, a more than embarrassing number!
The pad announced on the homepage in every room was of course not available ... how should it work without WiFi.

It's unbearable when it's warm. No air conditioning in a 4 star hotel. It doesn't even have to be hot. The rooms are unbearably warm.
But I felt it was much worse how the staff reacted to my request on the subject. It really seems to be a serious problem and not only noticed by me and my 40 guests.

The beer garden next door is really great - but it doesn't belong to the hotel either. You can tell. In the hotel, the employees are consistently in a bad mood and overwhelmed.

Facilities and cleanliness are in order, the staff in the house very friendly, the breakfast was adequate, the telephone accessibility of the front desk improvement (upstream call center, which receives the "concern", but you get no feedback / call back).

Now complaining at the highest level: Room was very hot, but can happen. If you hang a 55 "TV directly in front of your bed, you should also offer HD programs . I think the parking lot should be free for hotel guests. It cost 5 for one night.

All top just the parking of the car should be included in the price and the internet would have to be made more accessible

My room was relatively small and was dominated by a gigantic television. Unfortunately, there is no WiFi reception on the top floor in the back rooms, the connection is lost in the hallway. I didn't understand why there was a tablet in the room, because the device was also not connected to a network.
The bed is comfortable and the furnishings are clean and relatively new. However, the bathroom does not match the rest of the ambience. The shower has an old-fashioned high entry and the water pressure is so low that the jet does not reach the middle of the shower and you inevitably approach the wall and the faucet and adjust the temperature or close the tap. Really annoying.

In addition, the lamps in the bathroom to the left and right of the mirror flicker very uncomfortably for the eyes.

The choice and the quality of the breakfast is really excellent. Great praise! The staff could be more attentive and friendly. A "good morning!" Should already be included.

When I left I was glad that I had already paid that evening and received my bill. There was chaos at the counter and colleagues who had to wait over 10 minutes complained in the queue.

I paid 95 including breakfast, no trade fair time and nothing else special. Would I come back at the price? No, not really.

The newly renovated rooms are chic, if not too big. The breakfast is ok. Lunch is only available to guests of the convention center.

Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel (or anywhere else). An absolute disappointment. At the same time, it was by far the most expensive at 19.90 euros. In addition, expired drinks came from the drinks machine (4 months above the best before date). I was really annoyed.

The not working wifi should be only temporary. At night, but here and there bright LEDs in the room. Nevertheless, quite a quiet location with lots of nature to the rear. 10 / day for parking, underground car park with Tesla for 20 / day

Good conference hotel, good service, delicious breakfast

The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are great. I have not seen a tablet in the room before. Clean and modern. The food at breakfast is more than plentiful and fresh. The parking is directly in front of the hotel and costs only 5 euros per day. At this hotel I can only criticize one thing .... namely that we could only stay one day. So if in Hannover, then in the design hotel Wienecke XI.

Good... practical... nice food... cosy.... nice collaborators and smiles... I would have put 5 stars in spite of 4 degree to the huge increase of price because of the fair event.... I may understand the double price but the actual increase... unfortunately this is the case of all hannover hotels.

All in all a very good hotel. Very clean and inexpensive. Generous, rich breakfast buffet. Very friendly and attentive staff. However, the beds squeak and wobble with every movement and the pillows are very soft. At least in the two rooms booked by us.
