19.10 had an appointment (this was canceled on 20.10, stamp on the letter)

Now I received a decision in which I should pay almost 5,000.
Because of a copyright infringement.

The appointment was canceled on site. with the "justification" "That goes to a higher court because more has been added"

Soon after, I received mail with the next allegation of copyright infringement.

I pointed out with a receipt that for me personally there is absolutely no reason for a copyright infringement. (As it is in the original, and the receipt was before the offense)

So far I have stayed seated on my fuel costs.

In addition, an attempt was made here to take away my legal protection. (Which would be absolutely superfluous based on the testimony of my witness)

My complaint for defamation was titled as "brave"

I have now carefully pointed out that it is brave to want to convict someone via IPv4 (which has an error rate of over 50%)

It is currently interpreted as if I had not fulfilled my duty of secondary disclosure. I tried that on October 19th ... Parking ticket is here. If you do not cancel an appointment on time, that is by no means a reason to attack my fundamental rights as a person (Art. 19 GG)

I would like to thank the official who forwarded me from the district court to the regional court.

I have already submitted a complaint to the Higher Regional Court of Celle.

Should this not be resolved there, I will also file a complaint with the International Court of Justice here.
The opposing attorney believed he had to presume to judge my legal knowledge.

We can now put this to the test.
With someone who probably (for years?) Deals with copyright, and still doesn't know that the attachment of an email must not exceed 50 characters and has a doctorate title in front of his name.
I was also accused of comparing apples with oranges. I pointed out carefully (with a court ruling) that exactly this "legal profession" had already illegally collected money in other "games" in the past without "active legitimation".

Instead of simply showing me the active legitimation (after such allegations) I was accused of "stupidity", albeit in a more embellished form.

This is now to be checked ... I'm sorry

and the statement quote: "A lot has changed legally" ... was completely wrong, especially if you still boast that you do something like that all the time, but then you don't recognize your own load, and obviously don't know that only the legal framework that existed at the time of the crime can be used. (And that I have to explain something like that in a court is just sad!)

I was forbidden to speak in the courtroom (I wasn't allowed to put anything on the record)

And I have no problem with undressing in front of a lady, but next time please not in a publicly accessible area?

I will now wait for my "default judgment" and appeal.

Just because someone appears in court without a lawyer doesn't mean they are stupid, and since when do you have to be a lawyer to assert your rights in court? and how do you know whether I have not sought legal advice beforehand?

And what should a lawyer do in a compromise negotiation? ... the opposing party has to negotiate with me one way or another?

And how can a judge presume to shut someone up?

Even if you are just a witness, you are completely checked at the entrance, have to go through a metal detector and all personal things are X-rayed.

A beautiful building and courtroom as you would imagine it to be. Just great. I can only recommend everyone to have a negotiation here.
