Attention to detail is lacking. They try but they don't succeed. They gave the incorrect sales paperwork- meaning they brought another vehicles paperwork with a higher price [bait and switch] big red flag. Be on top of your game when you shop. Who leaves out summer patio chairs til February with no intent to remove them til Spring?
We are always pleased with the service department..... and feel confident that the work is being done properly and with the utmost care. The service department manager, Alecia, resolved a billing issue professionally and efficiently - very grateful to her responsiveness. Definitely recommend!

Had a 1:15 Appointment I waited over 3 weeks for, got there and they pulled my tuck in just to pull it out the back door and park it for 45 mins before touching it. Also asked them not to rotate tires as it had just been done, which they did anyway putting the cupped tires back on the front. Was told by service manager that the best tires go on the back of a truck because those are your drive tires! I m quite sure I d rather have a blowout on the rear than the front and better handling! Also grease on both door pillars.
I would highly recommend White River Toyota. Sheldon was the best. He worked with me for a few months finding just the car I wanted. Never any pressure, always courteous and insightful. Kelly was fantastic, answering my many questions and always upbeat and polite. And Hannah so kind in getting my phone set up with Blue Tooth connectivity. Highly recommend Lincoln was in search of vehicle for a while didn't want to do any dealerships because I've always heard very bad story's yet found an amazing deal online for car at white river Toyota and Lincoln was so incredibly helpful wasn't pushy or trying to convince me to get something different he understood my situation and related to me. Also Chris was so nice and helped me get warranty for price I felt comfortable with and didn't push for anything I did not want to get. HIGHLY Recommend white river Toyota absolutely LOVE my vehicle
My experience was exceptional. My sales person Lincoln was very professional. Very thorough and was very patient with us. We tried out 3 or 4 trucks so i could test out differences between. How 4 cylinder verses a 6 cylinder feels. And if I wanted a standard or automatic he never hesitated to let me try any truck I felt I wanted to and never got impatient. He even stayed late after closing to finish up with me and i so appreciated him treating me like i was the most important customer there. White river toyota has kept me as a loyal customer. The atmosphere was very relaxing even though EVERY employee was busy till after 6 with customers.
Although I was not able to find the hybrid vehicle I had hoped to purchase, Lincoln Newton was a wonderful salesperson to work with. He was immensely patient, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the long search for a limited inventory vehicle. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
