Had a 1:15 Appointment I waited over 3 weeks for, ...

Had a 1:15 Appointment I waited over 3 weeks for, got there and they pulled my tuck in just to pull it out the back door and park it for 45 mins before touching it. Also asked them not to rotate tires as it had just been done, which they did anyway putting the cupped tires back on the front. Was told by service manager that the best tires go on the back of a truck because those are your drive tires! I m quite sure I d rather have a blowout on the rear than the front and better handling! Also grease on both door pillars.
