The most inconsiderate business I have encountered so far. I crossed two counties to check out the store, which I tried to call and no answer, no callback, since none of their online social medias or websites said they where closes... well guess to my surprise that they are closed with a Sign that says they are not taking any walk-ins. They wasted my time, my gas and mielage on my vehicle. I will not spend money with such inconsiderate and irresponsible company both online and offline. And I suggest anyone else look elsewhere for good customer service because I'm pretty sure letting customers both old and new know when and if your open is something pretty important.

Amazing selection, however, online purchasing could use some work. I placed an order for a BP revolver that was available, took three days to get a call saying that it was not, in fact, in stock.

Great people, customer service is excellent. If you want single action firearms, Pietta products this is the place.

Good service. I was initially irritated last week because they couldn't reached but found out it was related to wildfires. Kind of hard to work in an inferno. Totally understand.
