This company does something called a Kaizen event every year meaning in Japanese continuous improvement. Always being innovative and changing the best possible way to be the best leading industry in aerospace manufacturing. The people are amazing and really great to work with. Highly recommend to work for a company like this.
World class sheet metal parts for the aerospace industry. They make parts for planes, helicopters, jets and rockets. They service commercial accounts and our great countries defense.
By far one of the worst companies I ever worked for. It's a very toxic work environment and management do not know how to talk to their employees. Run for your life and do not turn back. Connecticut tool & manufacturing is changing their name to whitcraft so please do yourself the favor watch out for this company.
