Love coming here for when I need research materials I cant find in the digital world. Lots of scheduled activities for little kids. The location up on a quiet hill is great and conducive for studying. Parking lot is ample. Staff have been very helpful. Never really thought i would need a library at this age of high tech internet etc but nothing beats being able to flip through pages of a book.
I really enjoy visiting this library! The staff is very helpful and always treat us with lots of kindness. They have a wide range of literature to choose from. I also find the tutoring program very neat! The interior design is very nice as well as it also consists of a kids center.
Beautiful library and friendly staff. The kids area is gorgeous too. Lots for kids to do, see, touch, and read!
Incredible library, the facilities are not only great, but so are the staff.
I have been there several times and have had great service
Right up the road from my school which makes it a great place to study and do homework
Pros: The library has a nice view of the Ronald Reagan sports park and it has books. Friendly staff. Cons: The wifi is very slow 1m/up 1m/down right now don't expect to download or upload large files to and from the internet. They block many websites which makes the visit even less worth it and the Library is crowded nowhere to sit on busy days.
Nice, clean, quite library. Well stocked with books, plenty of novels and fiction, better magazine selection then Murrieta library. Lovely view from the North side window, looking into the park down below.
I really enjoy this library a lot and because it over looks the Ronald Reagan Sports Park, awesome view.
My kid's absolutely LOVE this Library. Dora is always a pleasure as she goes above and beyond for us with such a positive attitude. I wish I could say the same about Yadira, but I'll just leave it at that.
This is a great location with a beautiful view overlooking the park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me get my library card quickly. I recommend going here and just relaxing.
Voted here. It was horrible. They claimed it was very busy earlier in the day so they had 2 lines. I didn't even know they had two lines because of the chaos in front but I found what seemed like a line and waited... and waited.... and waited. One hour and my line had hardly moved. I noticed the other line was going through double speed. The entire line would go through and leave before we moved even one person closer. I spoke up and everyone in my line stating noticing too. People started getting agitated and then they all started speaking up as well. They had a park ranger come out and try to explain that the lines were merging but none of us were buying it. So then they merged the lines and that put us all back further to wait. It took another 2 hours. It was hot and there was no shade. Altogether, I waited 5 hours just to vote. Very suspicious activity. Then, I seemed to notice a lot of strange things with the ballots. I've never in my life seen a cardboard ballot box that wasn't even sealed. With a much chaos that was going on with the lines, I would think security of the ballots would be a little more important. But it wasn't. Also, why did just about everyone say they used pens to fill out ballots when mine was a computer and it printed out a ballot. This seems like anyone could claim that was theirs. The entire process was a nightmare. I also noticed a couple of people being stacks of mail in ballots. But... don't people mail those in?? I wish I had taken a picture of one of those people. But I definitely saw people bringing in stacks, and I mean stacks of around 40 or 50 ballots and drop them into the "mail in" cardboard box. Everything about this seemed extremely disorganized and considering the importance of this process, it was very concerning. I don't think I'll trust voting here again.
Love it here. A great place to study or just get out of the house on a hot day.
Love this library! Friendly staff, and an awesome view of the valley and surrounding mountains!
Scenic library touching the blue skies overlooking a park. Glass windows to peer out and see nature which is soothing while studying. Lots of space and outlets that can accomdate many study arrangements including private rooms. Giant collection of books and access to a network that has almost anything that comes to mind. Friendly and knowledgable librarians. As a frequent library visitor, this is the best library I know. I would give it the highest recommendation
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, large selection of mixed media, and a variety of activities held everyday. My only grumble is the parking lot is a tad dangerous to drive and walk in.
Some members of the team take on a positionality of political correctness, and enforces it arbitrarily without truly taking time to understand. Not really a place to discuss dark important matters without having a staff member feeling uncomfortable, and imposing that discomfort onto us, while guising themselves as the savior of the situation. It's a predominant mentality in institutions and humanity so no offense taken. Great library besides that, and helpful in other areas. Has great book selections and accommodates for that. Great windows to meditate, and look at the sunset. Other staff members are friendly as well.
As a resource for children's books in the classroom, this library is a jewel! Not only are many of the books available at this site, but the children's staff is highly knowledgeable in giving ideas for presentation in the classroom. My wife has used this library since its inception and count it as one of her favorite resources for her Head Start kids. My job is to pick up and return the books which is fast and easy, especially with the helpful eyes of the staff spying the books in the shelves for me when I am checking them out!
It is a very high quality bookstore has all the books
As a sight impaired senior, I don't and can't read printed media that well ,they have a wonderful selection of titles in audio format .
Some of the patrons come in to loudly complain about their reserved books not being available.
This is such a great place to hang out at. They even have a snack area. Imagine! Where most libraries will get on your back, these guys have snack machines available to the public. Love it! If only they could expand the library hours...
Worst voting experience of my entire life. Thanks Riverside county.
Favorite library in Temecula. Huge selection and kind librarians.
this is a great library! very organized and clean, nice people, great selection and more. there is also a bookstore with it. i also request stuff from other branches so they can route it. also there is a room with 2 vending machines. it was renamed Ronald h Roberts temeucla public library like a year ago. the only problom is, i dont think any patron knows what the word "quiet" means. but this is still a great library after all. very great.
I love this place, I've been going here since it was built. I get books on CD for driving. Staff is very helpful and nice.
Nice staff, reading is definetly encouraged through summer reading programs, and all the people can enjoy books cause of low costs. I would suggest it to all the people I know
The staff for the whole library is amazing! Always friendly, happy and helpful. The staff in the children's section are very patient with answering my children's endless questions and helping them find books. They have a few toys out for younger kids which my 2yo loves to play with. It's convenient that they have a single bathroom in the children's section too for those with little ones. It is a very clean library including the bathrooms. I noticed that they also have private rooms in the back of the library, I don't know what the policy is for those though but it looks like a great place for tutoring or working on projects. I love the fact that you can reserve books online through your account and walk right up to the front to get them. It is convenient when we want a book but someone is sick or we just don't have time to browse the shelves at a leisurely pace. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is a small library compared to the last one we frequent.
Riverside and San Diego Department of Child Support Services collaboration effort, has this the last Thursday of the Month between 4-6pm. Is it crowded? Should I arrive early? Any suggestions would help.
My library is "our" library. A wealth of knowledge. A treasure trove of books, magazines, movies, and music. A lovely place to stay for hours or just minutes. Friendly staff. Plenty of opportunity to enjoy life!
Out of all the libraries I've been to in riverside county this one is by far the best. Open 7 days a week is another plus for this library.
This library is awesome! People are very helpful. Also, nice view!
This library is in a great central spot. Easy to park and always a spot available. The library is beautiful and clean. The children's room is a great place for learning. The activities planned weekly for the kids is amazing; full of fun with plenty of interactive toys and even reading sessions in a magical indoor tree house. There are always staff members close by, and they are extremely friendly and helpful if you have questions. For adults there are plenty computers and tables throughout the whole building so it's easy to be secluded if needed. My whole family loves this place and we choose this library often for our Family Day together.
Temp check gets you access for 1hr. Staff are great. Thanks!
School's out 6/12/17. Children abounds within the library, loud and disruptive. What ever happen to " Quiet Zone" ?
This brings back memories when i was in high school. I loved to read the anime that's there and especially going on the computers.
Kids are allowed to scream and run around unchallenged. We already know modern day parents don't know how to parent anymore but this library doesn't know how to keep a library quiet either. 2 stars because it's big, have private rooms and is very clean. Without a private room, it's a noisy train station with almost no rules.
Seemed friendly on the surface but when Senior Librarian Matilda Flores called law enforcement for what allegedly seemed like a personal vendetta, gave me a nauseous feeling. Not a friendly environment.
Was discriminated by my looks because I dressed in all black
Great facility with nice views and good inventory of reading material. Not all of the patrons understand the concept of QUIET!
The best library. Great staff working who help people on a daily basis.
This is a beautiful asset to the community, steady calendar of events, helpful staff & a really nice facility.
Always treated well every time I go. I reserve a lot of books, so they almost know me by name. Great group of librarians.
Drop off ballots fast and furious. In and out less than 10 minutes.
