Best golf course in Texas!! The service from the Clubhouse and staff is excellent!! This is definitely a bucket list stop!!

One the the best (if not THE best) tracks in the Houston area. It's a bit of a haul but entirely worth the drive upon arrival. If you get the invitation to play do NOT say no!

Whispering Pines Golf Club is one of the nicest golf courses I have ever played. Home of The Spirit International Amateur Golf Championship, I had the chance to play before the 2011 The Spirit. The course is tough, and if you play from The Spirit tees it's long. The grounds are in great shape, and the greens are smooth and fast all year long. The course doesn't get a ton of play, so they are able to keep the rounds down... but still. The course was perfect! Every hole on the course tells a story, and while it's the same 18 you can easily get lost on the course from tee to green.

The course and the service are top rate. I have been privileged to play the course on several occasions and every time has been a very memorable experience. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and to insure you can't wait to return.

The private Whispering Pines Golf Club is home to one of the top-rated and finest championship golf courses in Texas. The excellent tree-lined parkland layout contains a wealth of wonderfully crafted, memorable and challenging holes. Set along the shores of Lake Livingston, Whispering Pines weaves its way through 450 acres of pine and hardwood forest. Definitely a course that will challenge your all-round game. This private course is generally playable only by members and their invited guests.

Amazingly thought out. The service was second to the jaw dropping course layout. Superintendent of the decade is what I have witnessed. You would rather not venture to any other golf experience within 1, 000 miles.

The best golf course in the state of Texas! Par 3 course is beautiful. If you get a chance to play it, be great full and enjoy.
