For my birthday I purchased myself a Victorinox HunterPro Wood, a beautiful made hunding knif which I'm planning to bring for hiking to prepare the Cervelat. The grip of the knif is made of locally sourced wood and a laser engraved logo. The store is easily accessable and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I got 10% discount off the retail price. Definitely going back.

been using a swisstool for over 8 years and it happened. a little positioning lever broke. i asked them kindly to repair it and if warranty comes into play. they not only fixed it, they refurbished it completely. feels like brandnew. best part, they did everything for free! thanks again

No question about it, the best knives come from Ibach!

Old Wenger knife, which I used as a child to use brute force, brought to be repaired. Wasn't a problem, although the model no longer exists. Parts had to be replaced. Cost: 0 .-- Great service, thanks Victorinox!

Pro: you will get 10% discount if you will spend more than 10 francs. There is a special place with great prices reduction for discontinued knives.
Cons: Victorinox items selection is much bigger in nearest Brunnen. Sometimes consultants in the store are not very informed about knives models.

The well located Victorinox Factory Store is well worth the visit if you are in the area. I am a big fan of them and have been for a long time before they diversified into the product range that they offer today. The shop is run by a friendly and help bunch who are happy to answer questions with out being at all push. Go on a nice day since the surrounding area is stunning and ideally suited for taking your new pocket knife out for its intended use.

I have been using my Swiss Army Knice since more than 20 years and finally decided to send it in for maintenance. Good store with a discount. Knowledge of the seller was limited. She could not explain the difference between the diamond and ceramic files and did not ask for further requests. Household knives are not marked according to their intended use.
