The friendly staff provides a comfortable working environment beyond expectation. Every morning I am greeted by the warm smiles at the front desk. Even though I'm just using the ThinkPod there, I was treated like every other tenant. At one point when someone in the lounge was talking too loud on the phone, I was kindly accommodated into an office proactively without me making any complain yet. They also host occasional social events like Christmas lunch, March Madness lunch, Ice-cream social. They really encourage people to come out and mingle. I love this office!
Regus San Mateo is my favorite Regus hands down, super friendly staff, laid back, well run, comfy lounge & pods, and all around a nice place to spend the day!
This company is misleading in its terms and conditions. Regus holds it's customers hostage to auto renewing annually 3 month before the year is actually over- this is terrible business ethics. Customers should have flexibility in doing what is best for their business at any given point- even if it means paying some early termination fee- and not being subjected to an entire year of Regus fees if no longer need service.
We are currently working out of Regus San Mateo location and we moved in here from a large 50K square foot space. We had our apprehensions about moving into a shared space, but the experience has been phenomenal. The resources available and the friendly welcoming staff makes this location a nice place to come back to every morning. Thank you! The Food Truck day on Thursdays does not hurt either :)
Beautiful building and nice office spaces. The parking lot is roomy and well kept. Suites are well marked and easy to find.
This is a great place to run your business. The staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone.
Very poor customer service. Please google and look for other office facilities. I do not recommend Regus to anyone. My term with lease ended several months ago. They are torturing to return my retainer. They locked up my account. I cant login and apply. BTW very poor software interface for such a big brand.
The ladies at the front reception desk are so awesome. Always taking care of us tenants. We even had an all inclusive tenant day where they catered a bbq lunch to show their appreciation for us. Very clean and healthy environment to conduct our business. 5 Star for Regus San Mateo. Id recommend them to any business needing a great place to conduct their practices. -Eric
