100% run improperly. Refrigerator broke.. Less th...

100% run improperly. Refrigerator broke.. Less than 2 years old.. It was determined to be control board. They are telling me a 2 to 3 month wait for the part and this is completely unacceptable. These people are very low iq and lack common sense. Do not buy this brand. Why wouldn't repair parts be stocked? Also, to replace board is, simple but sharp will only allow their authorized technicians to purchase the part and therefore charge more and charge p1000 to install which only takes a few minutes. Sharp does not value its customers at all

I like this company,, from the securitys to employees in ma'am & sir,, because all of them is very2 nice to the people's,,like me one of the 100s applicants evryday,, they meet them all very gentle & respectful to all of us,,

April 6, 2016 pinagawa po ng misis ko sa sharp service center alabang ang 40" flat TV, we are from pila, Laguna pa, after bring repaired, we claim and very very disappointed po kmi, we use just for 1 month and few days bumalik na nman po ang defect nya, ( with sounds but NO PICTURES) nawalan po kmi ng time na mkbalik sa service center ng alabang, Dahil po bukod sa malayo at Isa pa bumalik na po ulit ako SA Abroad, please asking for your HELP, we need a BETTER SOLUTIONS and still we wanted to use the said TV.. sana by if ibalik sa inyo for the same defects you repaired at no cost... Please advice.. Thanks po and God Bless...
