I needed a bit of equipment (camera mic) quickly, checked Whelans website to see if it was in stock, rang to make sure (it was), ordered it around 3pm and arrived the next morning around 9am (I'm in Mayo) all in perfect working order. Couldn't be happier and what a comfort to have someone in store that anwers the phone and can anwer questions directly. Top marks!
Needed to upgrade my tripod and was looking to change from my giottos one which served me well over past few years, I noticed my friend Bernard Geraghty was waiting on the Benro TMA38CL and Benro G3 ball head so asked him about it and going by his comments on it I decided to order the same myself so rang the shop yesterday to order the two items and spoke to Brian who took my order and I had my items delivered to my door at lunch time today, Thanks Brian for your help and a great service provided by Whelans Camera shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
By far my favourite camera shop in Ireland! All sound lads with super knowledge, want you to spend your money for needs that suit the consumer! I regularly send me clients there for equipment and they are never disappointed!
Pleasure to deal with Whelan Cameras and in particular John. Placed an order online and John called me to enquire if I wanted a different colour that he had immediately available - I decided to wait. Later when I realised I had placed a click and collect order instead of delivery, John very promptly arranged to have the camera sent out to me. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.
