Got my covid vaccines at the Conference center on the Redmond campus.Both shots sponsored by Overlake Hospital and Microsoft.They were well organized and very caring.I'm so grateful to all of them and the volunteers.

I'm only writing this review because I'm currently working on the Redmond Microsoft Campus Modernization. This is going to be a massive facility, the parking garage will be able to hold 6,500 cars. The footprint of this jobsite is about 72 acres. I can't go into great detail about the buildings or building techniques. Once it's finished, there will be access to the light rail system. Everyday I get asked if I 'Know Microsoft' and if I want to leave a review. So here it is

To Microsoft, have been trying to play Minecraft (cross-platform PS4 to PC) with friend. For some unbeknownst reason, my game box tells me it is unable to connect to the other's world. We have both added each other's Microsoft account, and this should work smoothly. Overall our experience has been aggravating to say the least. This is unacceptable considering we have both spent upwards of a small fortune on the game. We've been scammed by some scammy scammers. Please fix ur game!

This was a very special visit for me. Received my first Covid vaccination. Many thanks to Overlake Medical center and Microsoft for putting on such a special event. Also want to recognize all of the woman and men that stepped up to make this happen. Many thanks to all of you.

Today I contacted your office to discuss an issue ...

Today I contacted your office to discuss an issue I have had with my account for the past few days. The first issue I have is the maze that your web site creates when trying to find out what to do to solve an issue. Nothing is straight forward and user friendly, far from user friendly in fact. Then when I could not solve the issue from your web site I needed to contact your office by phone or email which I could not do because I could not find an email address or phone number on your web site. I had to do a google search to find a phone number. Then when I called the number the options seem to go on for ever and not one option regarding account hacking/compromise considering it seems to be a big issue regarding user accounts. When I did manage to make my way through the options on probably my third or fourth attempt the person I spoke to seem to think that nothing was wrong with my account even though I was telling her that I could not login because the login portal was stating my account did not exist. I suggested cancelling the whole account including my subscription and starting a fresh because I was fully aware that this was a hack and she wasn't. The customer service then said that she does not attend to that and proceeded to put me through to a department that was closed. At this point I was really annoyed after spending the whole weekend trying to sort this issue out. I then had to make another couple of calls before I got through to someone whom Identified an issue through my outlook email address which I do not use. She then sent me two links to recover my accounts on an alternative email address which took her less than 10 minutes to identify and then send the links. I am still awaiting feedback on my account and really finding it difficult to justify what I am paying for each year when it seems that paying customers I treated like a piece of meat. This whole saga was extremely distressing and I can't help wonder that someone like me whom knows a bit about computers found this so difficult what would someone whom knows very little have to go through to get a good standard of customer service. I hope going forward that Microsoft takes on board these comments and strives to improve customer service for the benefit of all those individuals and businesses that use Microsoft products.

This is a fine "web development" or "software" company that has gradually become a more recognizable name. They apparently dabble with "computers" (think an abacus crossed with a TV screen and you get the point). The people are typically very nice and the food pretty excellent. Definitely on its way up!

Vaccination is open. Fast and organized. There was even a doctor present to answer any questions! He stood at the beginning of the conference rooms and greeted us as we came in and was there when we left!

The worst shopping experience, purchased Surface Laptop Go last week for Christmas gift and received today. Guess what Microsoft sent me a used laptop from there RETURN center! Open it someone s fingerprint still there. Nice....

I paid money for a Microsoft Office Product. Turns out if you buy a home product, they have a habit of losing your account info. So now I no longer have the product I bought. Terrible. Use another software and don't give them your money!
