I wouldn't recommend working here they're very unorganized and unprofessional we barely had any training only 1 day or 2 of note taking and after that we were on our own just expected us to know how to do everything on something we've never done before and on a completely new project the company hasn't even done before , not to mention our team lead was just as lost as we were so she couldn't help I just suggest management to get new team leads that are more knowledgeable and willing to help before they're sent to train others thats how and why mistakes happen.Just seemed very shady and unprofessional I've never worked with a company that was ran that way but Tim's Great he's the only one that acknowledged his employees and acted like he cared about us.

Worked for this company for about a year while I was still in school. They were very flexible and accommodating of my school schedule. The only requirement they had was that I had to work when I was there and that I had to be at work when I said I would be which is completely understandable. I have since finished up my degree and have gone into my career field. This is a great place to work and you will learn how to recruit but make no mistake it is recruiting and recruiting and sales are very closely related. They have goals just like sales people do. If you don't put in the time everyday you will not hit the goals. They reward those that work hard with bonuses and do convert people over to full time. I would still work for them if I hadn't gotten a job after finishing my degree. I would recommend this company.

The absolute best company I ve ever worked for. Everyone is very pleasant to be around. Brian and Olivia are the best managers, they truly care about you. Tim is a very amazing CEO (actually talks to you and makes you feel valued). The people you will work with here will be a family, not just co workers. If you have the chance to work here go for it. While I left because of personal reasons in my life I still have nothing but great experiences and words for Wheeler.

I have worked with Tim multiple times over the years, and he is one of the best bosses I have ever had. He truly cares about his employees and if you work hard for him, he works hard for you. I graduated in May 2020 and I was on the hunt for a good 2-3 months until the Director reached out and hired me as an entry-level recruiter. In 7 months I have gotten 3 promotions, starting from part-time retail jobs to the Mortgage Industry. I have learned all the in and outs of recruiting with the help of experienced recruiters and management. Management at Wheeler wants to see their recruiters succeed and flourish, and that's exactly what I have done here in a matter of months. On top of all the great skills I have made great friends and now have a wonderful mentor. WHEELER STAFFING ALL THE WAY!!!

WSP has really given me a place to grow, learn and explore my career options. They have allowed me to build my skill set from the ground up. This staffing agency found my resume online and offered to give me an interview the same day or the next day I can t remember. I interviewed at an amazing company that I had already heard of and I was offered a position that same day. I quit my job that Thursday and had a new job to start on Tuesday. They were very quick to give me a position and now I work at an amazing company that I could ve only dream to work at. I m very happy with my experience at the staffing agency and I am now hired on as a full-time employee at the company they set me up with. I worked with Tim and his team what WSP for about a year. I was an aspiring young professional. No college. Not much more than restaurant management and call center experience. I had no idea what I wanted to do or how. But I found my profession and career of choice working with Wheeler. WSP is a great experience that gives you on the job training. Perfect for quick thinkers and problem solvers who have great sense of urgency and service. Wheeler offers different types of recruiting. My experience started recruiting for a sales and marketing solutions company. It was fast paced and demanding. Incredibly fun. I found that I was good at it and wanted to recruit harder positions. At the time, there was not an opportunity. As a growing startup company they now have a lot more room for growth. For someone who wants to make something of them self, they can land at wheeler and discover a whole other field. As Kacie, the HR Wonder Woman told me, you may not love recruiting, but you will learn skills you can take anywhere and you will learn what you are interested in becoming. I found this to be vary true. I am still a recruiter and I am thankful to have found myself at Wheeler SP. it s not every day that a company will want to take someone and teach them what they need to succeed.

Wheeler has been great to me and my career since I have started working with them. Wheeler Staffing Partners is honestly one of the best companies I have worked for thus far. They truly care about their employees both professionally and personally. They understand what work/life balance is and respect communication. If you a looking for a company in which you can go to anyone, including the CEO (Tim) , for help, this is your place. Tim along with the other upper management and your coworkers will always make you feel that you are a part of a team.

Can t get in touch with anyone at the office they always tell you to text them and never get a response. They put me on an assignment for 2 weeks and release me from the program, the recruiter told me don t worry about anything or not to be upset because they would find me something else, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I still have the desktop they gave me, I guess they don t want it back because no one has called me to bring it back. This is exactly why I don t like working with staffing agencies they re inconsistent, and will tell you anything.

they rarely respond to emails or calls. i sent them 3 things they asked for, and they waited until the next day (almost 24 hours each) to tell me that wasn t good enough. i called the hiring manager of the company they were putting me with and he said he couldn t continue forth with me because they took too long to get me started and training classes had started already. DO NOT RECOMMEND i had contacted/been contacted by 3 different women in this staffing agency, and all 3 women couldn t get me the info i needed.

Wheeler Staffing Partners is the best company to grow in your career. I have learned so much while being here and do not plan on leaving. All of the employees and recruiters are as professional as it come. Nothing negative to say!

OMG. Don't bother. They wasted my time with emails over alleged gigs in my area, 3 interviews with 3 staff members who promised me calls back in a week, but didn't. I which I emailed them a week later to get any update, then got a reply of "looking into it for you. Call you in a week" B.S.

Caroline moret was completely rude to me for absolutely no reason after reaching out to me for a job. I ve never in my life been treated as such by a recruiter. if you had concerns about my ability to work a job then you shouldn t have reached out to me. It s beyond unprofessional to antagonize someone when you have doubts about them from the start. Please reevaluate your employees and their ability to keep their personal feelings out of conducting interviews!

They have provided awesome training to help me become the best recruiter that I can be. Can't say enough about the management, they are very personable and are there to assist however needed. I started at WSP a little less than 3 months ago. I was between companies at the time and I could NOT be happier about my decision. The company culture, work ethic, and overall environment can't be found anywhere else. WSP is determined to remain successful and true to their clients/employees. Look no further if you want to work with a company that will do almost anything to ensure satisfaction. If you are torn, just give it a try because you won't regret it!!

Caroline Moret contacted me about an entry level Onboarding position. After a brief phone screen, she sent me over the job description and interview details. At the interview, the manager described an Account Management position which would be more in depth and complex than the entry level position that Caroline educated me on. He also stated that he wanted me to produce training materials for the entire company within 6 months. I was fine with starting with the Onboarding position at the salary that Caroline said and working my way up. However, I was not okay with that rate of pay for an Account Manager role. When Caroline called and said that the company had extended me an offer, I was gracious and polite but I explained the situation to her extensively. I was clear on why I wanted to negotiate pay. The rate her and I talked about was for Onboarding but the manager discussed a far more complex job. She said she completely understood and told me I d be speaking with the company s Hiring Manager regarding the salary negotiations. After the call, I forwarded her the email thread between the manager and I which clearly detailed the switch in job titles. A few hours later, I got a hostile call from the manager who interviewed me. I tried to remain positive and humble while explaining why I wanted to negotiate the pay. The manager eventually told me that he had a different position for me that would be salaried. He detailed a QA position and said he needed to flesh out the details and would contact me later on in the week. I emailed Caroline immediately after the call tying to get an idea of the context of her conversation with the manager. I felt caught off guard by the manager s call. A few minutes later, Caroline emailed me saying that the manager pulled the offer. I didn t get a call or an explanation besides that the manager didn t want to pay above the initial amount. I asked if we could converse by phone and she refused. Caroline then said that I agreed to one thing with her then asked for more money after the offer was extended. Even though she had full knowledge of the change in job title and job duties. Because I really needed the job, I agreed to take the initial pay but because the whole thing was handled so poorly by Caroline and because of the manager s blatant dishonesty, I ultimately didn t receive an offer. As a woman, it s incredibly hard to find the courage to ask for more money even when it s what we deserve. The manager spoke of 3 different roles I would have been doing and didn t bat an eye offering me crumbs. I m so saddened that another woman wasn t at least transparent and had no regard for me or my circumstance after the boss decided he was done with me. I understand her job is to look out for the corporation. But I think there is something to be said about people who are honest and who work ethically. If I m not sure of anything else, I know that I will never work with Wheeler Staffing Partners again.

If I could give this company no stars then I would. This is the most terrible place to work but if you need a job for about 2 weeks then work here. They want you to meet impossible goals and then pay you very low, the good reviews are fake.Half of the mangers do not even have degrees like the people working under them. DO NOT WORK HERE or DO ANY BUSINESS with this company.

They will literally hassle you down when they have job assignments. However, when contacting this company they never answer the phones, they don t respond to emails, and they never call you back. What type of agency does not have a direct like of communication with their clients? I would never refer anyone to work for this agency and indeed should not allow them to post any jobs.
