Never messed up my order. My family had trouble with them, but so far I haven't. They only messed up on getting me a vanilla milkshake instead of chocolate one, so they gave me free lemon pies! Yum!
First they burned the eggs and the biscuit was soggy and when we took it back along with the rest of the order to be remade they forgot to put cheese on my burger gave me lemon pies instead of apple and burnt the eggs again 10/10 would not recommend
It's always fast and friendly. I always enjoy when I get to eat here. The staff is always friendly. The food is fresh and hot. You can't go wrong whenever you choose to eat at Whataburger.

Fast friendly service, great view from top. Food was great, like only Whataburger can do. Its was very busy so there was quit a few tables dirty and floors needing to be swept. But other than that I can't complain.

This two story whataburger has some nostalgia to it. Food is usually good. They forgot multiple items in my daughters kids meal - the chicken and milk. Otherwise it was pretty good. There where a few homeless people inside the building causing a scene. The female manager handled it well, but still not a great experience.
I love dining at this particular Whataburger because it has a very good view upstairs and it is a nice place to relax at night. You will enjoy the view of the Bay. The food choices have always been good and the milkshakes are always excellent. Everything is tasty and cooked good.
Got my order wrong and parked us making us wait forever untill I went inside they had our stuff sitting on the side pretty much cold... Spent 40 on bad service
This place was great friendly, greeted when walk in. Food came out fast even though they were busy. You can't smoke outside the second floor. Awesome view from inside and out.

A young girl took our order. She wasn't too friendly and gave us an attitude. Had to repeat my order three times until she got it. What happen to good customer service.

Whataburger by the Bay not only as beautiful view but a very warm and heartfelt staff. Going above and beyond when it comes to my order, no matter how difficult it is. Even getting me the "good ice" when I asked if they had it while in drive thru. Texas Pride right here!

My bread didn't seem like it was toasted thru the machine more like it was put on the grill and only toasted on one side.My fries were kind of cold.
3 orders were made wrong. By the time I returned home And found the problem. I was unable to return to fix the problem. The employee was Very courteous. Just the orders had many mistakes. Honestly this is the 2nd time in the past 6 months so I'm not overly upset.

Unlimited ketchup!!! So much nicer than locations in San Antonio. The restrooms aren't the cleanest however this is a high traffic tourist spot to eat at. We eat here each year before we go to Port Aransas. It's also right across the street from the police station.
Refused service when the lobby was closed because I wouldn't go get a car and drive back.
It took 50 minutes to get the food I ordered with no explanation or apology. I had to bring my receipt to the front and beg them to make it. So much for "fast food."
Is give it more stars if we didn't have to ask them to change the Powerade and lemonade syrup several times.

We visited here this past Saturday, excited and eager to enjoy this unique Whataburger. However what we experienced was a little less than we expected. For starters, we waited 45+ minutes for a burger and chicken sandwich, in which the fries were cold once we got them. People that sat down long after we ordered with much bigger orders were given their food first. We understood it being Memorial Day weekend but when the wait seemed excessive for Whataburger's standards. Worse above all though, was the employees. They're the sole reason I even decided to leave a review after never even doing so in my life. The cashiers were okay, but the employees that bring food to tables may as well be prisoners to this place. There was one young man that was working with what he had, but the other two passing out food seemed like they could care less. One of the guys, when asked questions about food or the number they were serving, wouldn't speak. He would just shake his head, and when he did speak it was like mumbling, and the expression on his face was unapproachable. Lastly, there was another guy, who honestly is the main reason I'm writing. When he served food, it was almost like somebody was putting a gun to his head to do this. He came up the stairs with the most unpleasant energy. He had a very IDGAF attitude and worst above all, there was an elderly lady, who was taking her time down the steps. The guy literally mouthed, behind her, "MOVE" with a lot of emphasis, and gave the woman very ugly looks behind her back. He then looked around to see if anyone noticed his actions. I definitely was not the only one.
I know this is long read, but I hope no one else is excited to visit this Whataburger. Food was as good as the service, this is definitely NOT the best Whataburger in Texas. Don't get your hopes up.

Love how you can see the ocean and the atmosphere is great. If you sit on the 2nd floor the people might not find you so :P I cant believe this is the 1st whataburger
Always check your order, we where 1 of 2 cars there they gave our order to the car in front of us. We where fine with waiting but they still ended up rushing and not giving us our whole order.
They do not allow partial refunds, they will ask you to come back to the store to fix it which defeats the point of FAST food.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Our burgers were smashed. My patty was in pieces. Ketchup smeared on bottom bun outside of my burger. Pathetic for Corpus Christi being the home of Whataburger.
Stop by the "OW" The Orginal Whataburger this is a must stop if your a true fan of this wonderful place. The kids and I had a blast.
First time ever at Whataburger. Had the whataburger meal combo. Great burger and fries, and a swimming pool worth of soda. Line up was short, and meal took about 5 minutes after ordering. Will come back next time I'm in town.

This is the worst whataburger I've ever been to. Ridiculously slow, and incompetent employees.
They didn't know what order was ours, thru didn't give us our change, the food was cold, and the sodas were flat. My only suggestion is to maybe try a different location. Terrible.
There is nothing like a Whataburger or chicken strips. They are the very best.
Rude customer service! Front staff has attitude and don t ask too many questions because questions result in even more attitude. If 0 stars was a thing that is what I would give this Whataburger.
