Food was hot and freshly made. Awesome customer service.

One of the best whataburger I've been to. Has a nice little patio area which is by the sea, which gives you a really nice breeze while you enjoy one of Texas's delicacies. I loved the way the restaurant's atmosphere and architecture.

Great classic whataburger food with a great atmosphere. This is one of my favorite whataburger and a must stop if you are ever in Corpus Christi.

Very sweet manager. Ms. Lewis was very helpful and she went out of her way to ensure my sons difficult order was correct. It may not mean much to most but I really appreciated the extra effort. Well done.

It was the 2 story Whataburger my wife had wanted to visit for awhile. The food was good and service was nice. The employees were very pleasant.

They are not my favorite burgers But at least in this branch I found them good, I mean delicious, they could eat

Good high quality, if somewhat greasy American sandwich fare. Great downtown location with both indoor and outdoor view of the marina from the upstairs and balcony dining areas.

Loved it!! Onion rings were tasty. Burgers were on point!

Worst whataburger ever. Despite having a full kitchen and no customers, it still took 30 minutes for my burger and it was all cold and stale with hair in it. Marco the manager didn't seem to mind.

Bring back the double meat mushroom swiss burger!!!

Literally couldn t even supply me with Creamy Pepper Sauce. Seems like this water burger would ve been better than the rest! Won t be coming back.

Incredibly slow service at the drive thru, sven when there is hardly anyone inside. (Going on 18 minutes at the window waiting) Its mindblowing how slow it is.

I've been in alot of Whataburgers , but this one is very special! This two story Whataburger is very unique. If I'm not mistaken, it's the only 2 story Whataburger around. On the second floor, you can dine inside or outside. And the views of the Bayfront are beautiful. And like wise of the Buildings, all of which are fabulous in design. Any night time visit is just as spectacular! The Sparkling City By the Sea has plenty to offer, plus a Whataburger with no match ! The food is just what you expect from Whataburger, great ! And since Corpus Christi is the birthplace of Whataburger, you can expect no less. If your a real fan of Whataburger and are in Corpus Christi, check out " Whataburger on the Bay " ! You won't regret it!

The place had dirty tables and floors. We went to eat outside in the balcony with our 4 month old and had to come back inside because people went out there to smoke. Also there was wet spots on the floor, which can be dangerous. Will not be back to this location.

After a morning of sightseeing in Corpus Christi, we headed here for lunch and were not disappointed. It was big and busy but the large parking lot had plenty of spaces. The short line moved quickly and we were greeted with a smile by the cashier who took our order correctly and quickly. We chose to eat upstairs to enjoy views of downtown and the harbor. There is an elevator for patrons with strollers and for those who struggle with stairs. Drinks were self serve both upstairs and downstairs. Our orders were brought to our table by Whataburger staff. The restaurant was clean and the air conditioning felt wonderful. Highly recommend the Patty Melt and Mushroom Swiss burgers. Would definitely eat here again!

Top floor and patio were very dirty, overall the facility looks like hasn't been cleaned in a couple of days. On the plus side food was fresh and prompt.

This was my second trip to this location. The first time I had no issues but this time I was very disappointed. When I first came in to the location it was not clean. When I went to make my order the person behind the counter looked like she did not want to be working at all. There was no hello. I got the what would you like. Even then she look like it even hurt to talk. I was with some and they all got their meals really fast. My order never came, we where pressed for time. When I tried to communicate to a manager she was rude. At that point I decided that I would just leave. I did not want to cause a seen with my students. She decided to follow me out the door yelling at me. I explained again that I did not want to cause a seen and left without food or a refund.

Accommodated a huge group of 70 - well done Whataburger!

I love sitting on the second floor balcony, just DON'T feed the SEAGULLS!

Good clean location but the burgers lack taste. The bread is more flavorful. They need to visit Red Robin.

Very cool. 2 story with bayfront views. They even have an elevator. Very courteous and organized.

Best Whataburger ever. Unique because its two story with the upper level having outdoor and indoor seating and the fastest service we have ever experienced!

We were very disappointed. The order was all messed up, the constant pa announcements for numbers made it impossible to carry on a conversation, the burger was dry and over cooked. I love Whataburger but this trip was not good.

Hot, delicious and fast, 2 story ate out on the patio in the sea air. AWESOME!

Whataburger is an excellent 24 hr. Place. Thanks so much for operating the same at all locations, value is earned by convienace offered, and cleaned surrounded areas.

What-A-Burger.. not much to add.. the view from WAB on Shoreline Blvd is just amazing. Who would have thought that going to WAB would become new favorite excursion.. a must when visiting Corpus Christi.

This is the third time in one week that they messed up my order. How hard is it to make burger with mayo and cheese only??? Really the people there just don't care. I am working at the carnival and it is the closest place to eat. It is a waste of my hard earned money!!!

What else to say? Its Whataburger. Consistently crushing all other fast food burger chains.

Service was horrible! The kitchen screwed up several orders including ours. I saw several people going back to the counter with orders wrong.

Could not get the Whataburger app to work on 3 different cash registers. It actually shut down 2 of them. This is the second time that the rewards app has not worked. There was a odd bitter taste in the sauce on the mushroom swiss burger.

Setting the pace, for sure... let me say record setting pace...... SLOW SLOW service. Expect to wait while they find the cow, slaughter it, play paper rock scissors to find out who cooks, paint our nails, then maybe cook the food on low heat. They look like they are doing something behind the counter... but don t let them fool you. Food was even cold. Wow.

Around 9:30 about 8 or 9 people and they running slow. It took about 5 minutes just to take my order.

Fast drive thru! Cookies weren't good at all. Tasted stale , grilled cheese was to greasy.

View is nice. Other then that food is definitely mediocre at best. Below fast food taste.

Love the hamburgers and the fries, also the views out the window. This location is always busy, it has a view of the bay. I recommend not using the drive thru though, they get so busy they miss parts of your order, and you don't look before you drive off since others are waiting too. Last part about the drive thru, it's tiny. My SUV isn't large, but I felt like I was driving a tank through the lack of space given. If you go inside on a normal day, you should be able to get your food in a reasonable amount of time and be able to see boats and water. If you go during an event, be prepared to wait, but it's worth the wait. I have taken several pictures with my family here, and this time brought my Uncle. He loved it.

I personally don t like the food, however it is a good and clean eating space with fast service.
