For the price of the room and nothing open I really can t justify staying here again till things open back up. Resort fees with no resort. There is a 79.00 pet fee which fluffy should get her own room for that. There is no room service menu in the rooms, and I rather not call someone to go down the whole list of available items. The tech in the room is a little dated. I forgot my usb charger at home and searched the room high and low but no usb charger for my phone. Not even on the T.V. At least Walmart was not to far to buy one. The room I had was facing the parking lot so no real views. Pool was closed as well as restaurants. My advice would to call before you show up to see what s open unless you don t mind hiking in the heat, playing tennis or horse back riding because that s your only options right now.

Accommodations, ambience and guest services staff stupendous!
Dining experiences were less than satisfactory. Expected food to match the great quality of other services & accommodations, it was definitely lacking! The food credit promo was not explained that it must be used each day. We were a late arrival our first night, so we did not have the opportunity to use the credit...too bad for us, but it wasn't explained. Then the credit comes off the actual charge and is not reflected on our final folio, very confusing. Overall, great facility, plan on eating elsewhere!

Staff are very nice and courteous. Rooms are a comfortable size, however, some of the furnishings are worn and need to be replaced. Also the door mechanism has malfunctioned two days in a row now and we've had to call maintenance to gain access to our room.

Simply amazing! For the price I was blown away! This cost lest than the holiday inns I was frequenting on a recent cross country road trip. I needed a good place to relax and so decided to go out of the city and away from the main freeways. So glad I did! Pools where great, there are 3 of them and a large hot tub. The massages are excellent. After driving 3500 miles I needed a good one! The food was top notch, and there is also a whole foods a few blocks out of the resort. Staff was very friendly. And the PRICE! Granted it was like 108 out but hey, cool drinks, a pool and massages, I staid an extra day!

Beautiful location tucked away. Great food, awesome staff who were friendly when we accidentally walked into someone's event thinking it was a dining room. Amazing view and they let you walk about after dinner. Must visit even if not staying.

Breathtaking views, spacious rooms, and scrumptious offerings from the Gold Room are only part of the excellence Westward Look provides. Do you enjoy lounging by the pool? There are several to choose from. Have a game of ping-pong or bean bag toss. Ride a horse along a scenic trail, birdwatch, visit the butterfly garden, pamper your body and soul with a massage; these are just a few offerings at this Wyndham resort. The staff is beyond fabulous, able to make all your dreams reality (within reason)
Westward Look is my favorite getaway. You must necessarily book a stay.

This is maybe a 2-star hotel. Maybe. The room furnishings were clearly 20+ years old. The carpet was worn down. The furniture was uncomfortable. There was a mirror from a different room leaning on the wall. There was literal blood on one of the walls, I am 100% serious. There was a fantastic slap to the face of an extra $56 due on checkout not mentioned anywhere in the booking. Or if it is mentioned, it's hidden so we'll you may as well call it a scam. The speed bumps throughout the property were not only very poorly placed (Like at the top of a hill at a stop sign), they threatened to break my car. You can't see who's driving up at you because of the landscaping work. Avoid this place, you will thank yourself.

Resort was very nice. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The landscaping was gorgeous and we enjoyed walking around the premises. In the evening we relaxed with live music and swimming. We will certainly be coming back.

Beautiful all around!! My Jr suite was huge and lovely. I appreciated having a mini fridge. The mountains are all around and are just spectacular. The trails are beautiful and near magical to a nature lover like myself.
The Wi-Fi is just lousy, though. I am here for a conference, and at times I couldn't stay connected to write a simple email. Other times it was ok, so it's unpredictable.
Changed my rating to 3 starts after checking out because the final bill was shockingly high. They charge a daily tax/charge for everything, including housekeeping and bellman (DAILY). A bellman literally never touched my suitcase once, and I got service for my room ONCE while I was there (and paid an added $15x4 for it!!!) There's a resort fee and I also got charged a group fee because I was there at a conference. My original bill at booking was $520, and after all the taxes and fees, I paid $700. It left a horrible impression just as I was leaving. Understandably, I feel cheated and despite the beauty and all, I won't likely return.
