All the low ratings are not necessary needed. This is a good working environment, with people willing to help you in anything. People are cool, the schedule is very chill allowing you to both have fun and work without getting bored/stressed. EA surely cares a lot about their employees and are willing to help them advance/have a good time, if they are willing to learn. I recommend this to anyone interested in building a career here. The conditions allow it.

There are no professionals in the HR department. Stress people with messages about available positions, send them link for online test. I solved it 100%. The problem is that the lady from HR does not answer. Waste of time!

Good location, fast access, and jobs :) Depends how lucky you are and where you're on the plane (on which project), personally say it's ok if you are at the beginning of your career and you have no alternative!

It's a decent place to get a job in the gaming QA industry.
It is one the nicest places i worked at, mainly because of how nicely decorated and how clean it actually is.
Only downside would be that it has very strict rules.

The incompetence and the typical Romanian lingerie, I hoped to find something at the level of the "western" but I found a social experiment that brings together the worst of the outside corporatism and the worse of the Romanian communism, all under the control of many colored people. either they were put in positions according to the gypsy clan system, or they were hired to prove EA how multicultural and progressive they are.
