Their breakfast is the best, very friendly staff, and conveniently located. The Denver Omelet was unbelievable.

Westside never disappoints. I always order the huevos rancheros and they are amazing! Consistently delicious every time. Definitely my favorite brunch spot in the Vail Valley!

I brought my friends here for blunch last week, and the food is always consistently great. However, the waiter was not very nice to me, and I wasn't sure why. I have been coming to West Side since 2003. Middle aged, thin build and I felt like I was not wanted there. The other wait staff has been great. Maybe this guy woke up on the wrong side of the bed? Idk. But when I go back, if he's there, I'll leave bc I don't like feeling like an unwanted ogre after I have been loyal for years!! Makes me sad.

Any time of day - good food; friendly, attentive staff; easy to get to with parking right in front. My "Go To" place in Vail. (Their bacon wrapped tater tot appetizers are sinfully delicious!) Cozy and welcoming in the winter and delightful to sit on the porch in front and look at the mountain in the summer. (Check their hours before you go as they are sometimes closed in the evening, depending on the season.)

Only 2 vegetarian options on the menu, but they were both good.

Best local Bunch lunch in the valley! Get a bloody mary you will not be disappointed!

Best breakfast in town! This is where the locals go so you know it's good. A 5 min drive from the main village is worth the trip. Cheaper than anything you'll find in Vail. I recommend the classic bloody Mary and a Benedict of your liking, you'll thank me later.

Service was good, food was tasty. Had a pleasant experience. A little pricey for juice.

After a disappointing first day spent struggling to find comfort food, we were relieved to stumble upon the Westside Cafe day two. Great food, atmosphere and service. Tom our server was very friendly, offered suggestions on the menu and adventures throughout Vail, and generally seems to like his job. We felt at home here and will be back *Terminator Voice* tomorrow morning! Thanks Server Tom and the Westside crew for showing us city folk a memorable experience.

Food is gross and the staff is even worse. Don't waste your money here. It's overpriced and a definite disappointment.

Filet minion was terrible. asked medium rare and received raw. Not to mention it was not tender at all. Asked to have it cooked as ordered and came back same but tougher. No major apologies for that big mistake.

ordered breakfast burrito, no peppers. When it arrived, I thought the kitchen was joking with me because there were tons of red peppers. Also, the menu said nothing about black beans... but it had lots of black beans. I asked for a new burrito, again, no peppers and now, no black beans. Second burrito came out with tons of black beans. Seriously!?!? Waitress finally came back around and asked if it was ok, I said not really, still has black beans. She said that most breakfast burritos have black beans. I asked to have the burrito taken off our bill and she seemed offended.

One of our other dishes we ordered was not very good either.

Don t think we will be visiting ever again.

Absolutely love this place. Unfortunately when it's busy, it's very loud and hard to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. But other than that, the food is great, the service is awesome, and pretty speedy for those day's you're in a rush.

One of the best hash browns I ever had. You should try their baked French toast if you are in for some sugars. Service is amazing.

Great cafe attached (but not associated with) the DoubleTree in Vail. The breakfast menu selection is excellent. I had the Denver omelette and it was jam packed with goodies!

Also tried the French dip for lunch one day that was tasty and well priced too.

Regarding COVID, they offer in person dining that seems more than 25% capacity but still decent spacing of tables and also have quick turn around for to go orders. Definitely glad it is open since the hotel is only open for food after 4pm and handing out go bags for breakfast.

We arrived for a late lunch (2 pm) and found, as usua,l that you could order breakfast. Our standard order is the breakfast burrito which not only tastes delicious but also is hearty enough to give us energy for the rest of the day--right through the 8:30pm soccer game I played that evening. John

My whole family and I came here because Vail Daily listed it as the best breakfast in Vail. It did not disappoint. The chicken and waffles egg Benedict was fantastic and service was fast. Plus, they use paper straws, not plastic.

Excellent food, and no wait in the summer. The kids' menu was real food! Try the bison burger. You won't regret it! Very friendly staff.

Food is very unique, such as "buffalo meatloaf"; atmosphere is friendly and warm; the bloody marys are the best in all of Vail Valley; the food prep is mediocre.

Called in an order to go: Burger with cheese and all the works with mustard only, we got ketchup. Ordered the wings, got back to the hotel and the wings were burnt with little to no sauce...Terrible!

The large breakfast portions are great, the food tastes wonderful, and the atmosphere is cozy.

This place has great food and wonderful customer service! I was very pleased with the gluten free items available, I was able to make any sandwich on gluten free bread and it tasted great! The children's menu had quite a few options as well! Definitely worth a visit!

I am a Vail "local" and eat here often at least 2-3 times a month. Its about time that I write a review. Obviously if I come here often, I must like it, right? Well, I do. It has a cozy atmosphere and the food is very good. They Captain Crunch French toast is to die for and probably should be considered a dessert instead of a breakfast item. The salads are fresh and delicious. The Tourist's breakfast special is not as good as the Local's Special, you will have to check out the menu to understand what this means! Oh dont forget to try on a Bloody Mary, they are yummy! Enjoy!

What happened??? My GF and I used to enjoy coming here a lot but the last few times have been very subpar. No seasoning on anything, cold hot chocolate, unfriendly staff. And (it seemed like the owner) who sat us didn t seem happy to serve us or be there at all.

Loved my western bison omelette and vanilla latte. Along with the biscuit it was too much food but very good. Service was good too. Overall would definitely come back.

You forgot to cook the food for my friend Andrei. He is upset. And we have to wait when you bring him food, because we can eat only together. And you know how bad it is, while we are hungry

Food is always consistently good, MGMT is great, it is our go to place for breakfast, but all meals are good there.

The food here was fantastic. Especially the chicken pot pie. It tasted like heaven after a cold day. Highly recommended.

I'm a local who loves a good breakfast, and friendly customer service. I ALWAYS receive both. Whether I know the staff or not, they are always willing to provide the best service. Sometimes it can get very busy, but they are still on top of their game. And I LOVE their coffee.

We ordered takeout. It was ok. The burgers themselves weren t as good as I d hoped and were very heavy with their brioche bun. Still the flavor was good. The desert was underwhelming. I ordered pie and there was some of the crust or the topping was wet and slimy. And the piece they gave me was tiny-tiny, maybe because it was takeout it didn t have to look nice on a plate?

Menu looked good. Bloody Mary's come from a gallon sysco jug and over priced. Elvis waffle is more like mound-of-sugar waffle. Service is like a diner but much slower. I dined on a busy Sunday morning, but still. I wouldn't go back my next time in vail.

Great stop on our drive through town. The bison meat loaf was so good! Customer service was also great: the staff was very friendly.

This place is a MUST! The best and most tasty food you ever will eat. It's a must for us each year for us.

Their eggs Benedict choices are amazing, particularly the chicken and waffles one and the bison one! Never had something I didn't like. Wait times can be long! French toast is also my favorite in town.
