I was visiting vail from miami and i stayed at the double tree that is connected to this wonderful establishment. I was lucky enough to stumble into westside on my last morning in town and had an overall incredible experience. The food was phenomenal and the staff was friendly. The irish lady claire took care of me at the bar and made my morning. THANKS WEST SIDE!

An absolute must stop for breakfast when in Vail. The menu is extensive with a lot of variety and the food is top notch; we have never been disappointed (the South of the Border benedict is fantastic). The service is up there with the food, the staff is efficient, friendly and adds to the restaurants down home atmosphere. If you're looking for really good down home comfort food and a fun, friendly atmosphere, the Westside is it. As good as breakfast is, don't overlook their dinner menu, it is also very good; highly recommend the Bison Meatloaf.

It is listed on google as well as their sign says open but they told us they are closed since business is slow. That's a great way promote business right? Horrible don't go here they don't want your business.
Literally the worst food I ve ever had. There wasn t 1 thing redeemable about the meal. Even my girlfriend, who never complains about the food anywhere, couldn t stand it. How this place has a 4.5 star rating is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and light 60 bucks on fire as well as kick yourself in the groin, that will deliver a similar experience to dining here.
This is my favorite place to go in Vail for Breakfast and Lunch! The menu is excellent, the price is right, and the staff have always been wonderful. Highly recommend this place if your passing thru or living here.

All I can say is Short Rib sandwich & tater tots!
Every time they are the best! Short ribs are tender and tasty, tots are always crispy! French onion soup deserves 5 stars as well as the chili. I think the wings are best naked especially if you re keto or not. That s just lunch. Have rated breakfast there more than a few times and again never disappointed. The new fav is the Mediterranean egg dish. Dare I mention that humongous cinnamon bun with an avalanche of icing ...... not for the faint of heart!

food tastes great! but they charge $8.99 to add chicken on a salad and added $5.99 and doubled my salad without asking! the pricing is not clear AT ALL!! I paid $50 for 3 salads!! not as impressed as i could be. the whole experience felt as though they were jut tying to charge me as much as the possibly could :/ not happy
Too many dogs at the tables, with their dog owners, did not get checked on with our waitress.

30 minutes for french toast and the restaurant was only half full.
Really good breakfast for the price. Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans, skillets, omelettes, and pancakes/French toast. I got the southwest skillet and based on that I would imagine they have good lunch. Will definitely be back.

Great food .....Tom was our server a couple of times on our vacation at the double tree, he was knowledgeable friendly and fun. All the staff seems to enjoy what they do..
Next time in Vail we will be back!

Great staff and consistently good food. We eat here often when in Vail for ski season and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a casual dining experience at a reasonable price, I highly recommend the Westside Cafe. If you re there for lunch/dinner get the meatloaf!
Westside is hands down one of the best breakfast spots in the valley!!! ALL their food s incredible and you can't beat the fantastic service they provide. Thank you Westside for caring about your customers and providing such a great place for locals to hang out at :) You guys rock!
