DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT STAND UP FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND YOU'LL END UP PAYING AND INFURIATED!!!
Nina was absolutely HORRIBLE. I explicitly told her to hem my pants so that they almost touch the floor because I like them on the long side. I went back and all of my work pants were a whole inch shorter than they should be. I explained (politely) that this is not what I requested, and she had the GULL to BLAME ME for not having said anything when she was measuring. I told her I explained to her what I needed and she's the expert to take the correct measurements. She continued to say it was my fault, and that if she fixed them I would have to PAY HER AGAIN and the pants would "be ready in... mmm... let's see.... 10-15 days." WHAT??? I said it wasn't fair of me to pay her to do it and 2 weeks was unreasonable. She then said she still had to get paid for the work she did. This went back and forth for a while with her telling me she would add another inch to the pants, or unhem them so they drag on the floor. There was NO WAY I was going to leave my pants with her now. Then she started speaking arabic with her friend and LAUGHING at me!!!! Then her friend told her that I wasn't going to pay, and Nina turned to me using an extremely intimidating tone. I was SO scared, I paid quickly and left in tears. I don't think I've ever been this intimidated in my whole life.
Not only was the work not done, but Nina's complete lack of work ethic left me FLOORED. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. There are much better places where you will be treated with RESPECT.
