I am a current resident at the Colonnade apartments that you acquired. I am very happy with the outside update, painting etc. However that does nothing for the poor foundation of the apartments. I must say that since the old management team departed, the maintenance has gone way down. While, I love the 2-man crew, I've noticed that it's taking a lot longer to complete requests, which I find unacceptable being that I pay a hefty sum to reside in this gated community (the gate has not functioned in about 3 or 4 weeks now). A meeting was held at 5pm, which I could not attend since I work during those hours, about retention. Well, it would be nice if all the apartments had the same model of blinds. How about offering tenants that have been with you forever ( ME, ME, ME) upgrades on their apartments. Yes, I'm sure a hefty upcharge would be administered but since you go up on the lease greatly with each new lease, that wouldn't be a problem for some of us. Vent session over, but I highly doubt I will renew with this complex. Good luck on keeping good tenants.
