I went to the Bellevue location, and I did not have very much time to open my CD account. Erica, or was it Eric" Well, SHE was extremely helpful, "and held my hand" basically through the whole process. She was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and PATIENT! I greatly appreciated her assisting me and getting everything accomplished in about a 20-minute window.
An awesome place to chill with a lot of natural lighting.
Good for quiet, private rooms to do work. They also have oat milk now so yeah I'll be going there more often. Oat milk is the future.
The smart ATM ate my credit card, and gave me zero information about it. So I had to go back over there, only to be told that it could not be retrieved. I believe that this was a perfectly good card, but it is kind of hard to dispute the no reason given. At the very least the machine could have let me know that it could not be retrieved, thereby sparing me the trip back. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad.
Love working here. Half price coffee with capital one card. Very nice people.
Love the concept. Capital One is really doing something new and different while transforming consumer banking.
I have credit cards with Capital One for many years. Bellevue is very convenient location. Very professional and king people working there. Kids friendly. I came to make a payment with my son. One of the employees immediately approached my restless boy and gave him Crayons pencils and a pad to keep him busy. In sum, great people and excellent service.
Great services and facilities! So happy that we stopped by here.
I have a Capital One member for 10 years and have been always a fan of their services but today I went into open a new credit card. I was the only customer in the store and was told because of covid they would only help me open a card on my own device. I said I wanted to open a "QuickSilver" card and the agent directed me to a card and told me to submit my application there. Turns out it was the "QuickSilverOne" card which has a $40 per month charge and no cash back bonus -- definitely not the card I wanted. I then had to be on hold for over an hour trying to fix this as the Cafe agents couldn't help and now still unsure if this mistake can be fixed and will take up to 10 days. Very disappointed in this service -- do yourself a favor and don't ever visit a Capital One Cafe! You are better off doing it online or at another bank.
To the beautiful black woman with awesome pinkish hair (so sorry, I didn't catch your name, was in such a hurry); she is a real keeper and has AMAZING customer service!! Went in to this location real quick to pay a bill and my fiance had a question about my account and having issues with logging in, so we went to ask a representative, but unfortunately I left my purse in the car so we couldn't get very far, but the representative gave me a phone number to call and 2 complimentary coupons for coffee. She made me feel so welcomed and had such a warm personality!! I hope she get acknowledged because of this. :D She is the best!
Place is a joke. Said they were handing out Jason Mraz tickets from 5-9PM, first come first serve. That makes it sound like you have hundreds if you allotted 4 hours. They had only 70. Gone in 20 minutes, waste of hundreds of people's time.
This is an all-digital bank branch with ATMs, a Peet's coffee stand, and lots of workspace areas. You can get 50% off the drinks menu from the Peet's coffee stand inside if you pay with a Capital One card (no discount on food unfortunately). There are no bank tellers here, the banking experience is meant to be all-digital. There are bank employees although which can help with financial or banking needs but they don't handle any cash.
Really friendly. Nice to use my card and have reasonable lattes. Thanks for being so good to the people in the building too.
This is a nice space with your usual Peet's Coffee offerings. There are a few seats with outlets in a corner and long table towards back, but most other seats don't have outlets. Wifi is kind of slow. Usually there are more employees than customers, and while they're nice, it can feel like it's more of a hangout spot for them than customers.
Great wifi and nice interior. Not to mention half price on some items if you are a capital one card holder. It's awesome they open Sundays too. People work there know how to service customers.
Jeannette provided excellent support. Queen of Customer Service.
Nice place to go and make payments in person and to get some coffee for half price when you use your capital one card!, when is it going to open again?
Nice, quiet place to chill and have a coffee....or tea.
Is there someone that can help me open up a bank account there?
Update: Went to the cafe and the staff/ambassador there was so helpful! Terrific customer service and place to visit!
This place is finally open! There's a Peet's Coffee on the inside where you can get half off of drinks if you use a Capital One card. There's various spaces set up with sockets for you to do work and free Wi-Fi, though thus far it looks like the speed on the Wi-Fi is a bit sporadic. Staff are super friendly as expected for a grand opening they're available to help for facilities and Capital One related stuff.
This cafe is great! I was greeted promptly upon entering, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to work or study. Sounds like they provide great deals if you're a Capital One card holder. Would recommend!
