Westmark Inn

Very clean, up to date hotel. Rooms are comfortable size, beds are comfortable, rates are reasonable. Half block from Skagway main street.

Great all you can eat Sunday brunch. We enjoyed a great selection of breakfast favorites Turkey eggs Benny, crispy maple candied bacon, salmon scramble, biscuits and gravey, prime rib, assorted pastries a bloody Mary or mimosa. Friendly staff and servers.

This is a nice little hotel in Skagway, rooms are comfortable and they have a nice restaurant and two lounge areas.

This hotel was amazing. Will definitely stay again when we go back. Friendly staff, great restaurant downstairs, quiet.

Accommodation is in the new section, Rooms are modern, and well appointed. Bed commfortable with a selection of pillows. Walls are a bit thin as I was awakened at 5am my a man with a booming voice in adjoining room. City garbage collection is at 5am big truck. A weary old traveler should have gone to bed a bit earlier and skipped the beer.

The first time I stayed at the Westmark, there was some early morning construction that woke me up. I was very irate and complained to the manager who was more than apologetic for the situation. He knew my group was going to be coming back in about a month and promised he'd make it right. Fast forward a month, and sure enough he kept his promise. Not only did he remember my group and me, but he went out of his way to give us rooms that suited our needs. I was very impressed that he was concerned and conscientious about us having a good stay. That is the type of customer service that is, sadly, disappearing, but I am very thankful for. The staff was helpful in storing our items before we were able to check in and then getting us to our rooms. The rooms in the new section are tastefully done (I like the first floor decor better) and very clean! Since Skagway is heavy with Cruise tourists, people tend to come and go at very early hours which may contribute to hallway noise. Overall, I'd recommend!

Not cheap, but comfortable and friendly. Easy walk to everything. Big. Owned by a cruise company. Nice place to be in the evenings when the cruise ships (and people) have all left.

This place is great! Bath and shower is top notch. Bed is big and comfy. Fan in closet. Smells wonderfully clean and fresh when you enter your room. Rates in top five of the many hotels I have stayed in. Genuinely great place to stay!

Very nicely decorated! Impeccably clean! Room was nice but small.
