Westin Stonebriar Review

Upon arrival, Dallas, the front desk attendant that checked us in, was incredibly nice. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel was beautiful, and the room we stayed in was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the view from our room was great, and the shower was very refreshing. We went to the bar on one of the nights of our stay, and the service was also great, especially considering how busy it was. Overall, we had an excellent experience, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice, great service. Free vallet. They bring your bags to your room. You are treated like a guest.

For years we have stayed here for our anniversary. We are in our sixties. Just returned from yet another wonderful experience. We were upgraded to an Exec Suite by a very professional and polite woman at the front desk. We love the pool and enjoy the food and beverages offered. We will continue to visit our fav get away place. Keep up the great work!

Had an excellent stay. Staff was top notch. Breakfast buffet was fast, great quality, and great service. Starbucks coffee was a big bonus for me. Room was excellent. Pool was excellent.

We met in the hotels conference where the hotel provided in house meals and we were able to have our own decorations and displays.

Attended a work function at the Westin and the entire experience was great. The facilities were clean, the staff friendly, and the food was fantastic. My only complaint would be the conference room chairs, they were pretty uncomfortable. Overall a great facility.

The staff is amazing! Our 3 day conference here had lots of challenges and at times changing requirements. The resort staff Rose to every challenge and provided world class customer service at every turn. We look forward to meeting here again.

Room and view was great, was only there for less than a day for my brother's wedding but seemed like a great place to stay

Great location for great hotel. Very nice place to hang out as well at the Legacy Grille, we stayed here and got upgraded to the Executive Suite. Room/amenities are very nice and I surprised that the rate was very affordable for a Westin. Front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. The open patio at the back overlooking the golf course was great to hang out as the weather was very pleasant.
They have several large meeting rooms/conferenece areas for events...we actually attended a wedding here. Would definitely visit again.

Staff was attentive without being intrusive. The grounds were well kept, as were the common areas of the hotel. I did not book a room, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel.

ACCOMMODATING STAFF, BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS, CUSTOMIZED CONCIERGE SERVICES, LOVE IT !!

Very very helpful front desk. Went out of their way to do some detective work trying to help me figure out whether or not the event I was catering for was indeed being held there or down the street. Awesome valet, too. He helped in assisting with the detective work. And they did all of this while helping other guests check in and whatever else was going on. Thanks

Overnight stay. Lovely accommodations. The front desk was incredibly nice. Didn't get a chance to use most of the amenities. Pretty easy access to shopping and dining.

Truly disappointed. Visited for a few days for my wife's birthday. Was expecting a country club experience and the hotel fell short. And for the exorbitant prices...$500 for a Wednesday night...it wasn't worth it. Paid for a larger room and hoping for a nice view of the golf course but instead got a view of tree branches overlooking the hotel entrance listening to the shuttle bus run for an hour. Little did I know that there were smaller rooms with better views which I wasn't offered when expressing my disappointment of the view.

We stayed for 4 nights and during that, the pool went 2 1/2 days without cleaning. There was a film on the surface of the water by the last day. A lot of debris on the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was broken with a leak and the jets stopped working. It too hadn't been cleaned so it was a disgusting soup.

As far as the "grounds" that they promote on their page...it's nice but not actually ON the golf course. Just next to it and separated by a fence across the street.

The restaurant was nice. Wait/bar staff were very nice. The food we did get there was well prepared and delicious.

Overall, wish I had known better and saved myself $1000 by staying at a Courtyard.

Service was spectacular. Amazing outside areas. An awesome pool area complete with ping pong table. The biggest most complete fitness center i have ever seen in a hotel. And again, the hotel staff was prompt, friendly, responsive and helpful.

My first official Photography assignment since March 2020 when this pandemic "ruined" months of my photography business. I stayed here the last couple of days and was pleasantly surprised with the new updates and decor. Now the work is still in progress and when it's done, this place will be the hit in Frisco. I like what they have updated and posted some pics of what. I took. The staff is incredible and and they do take great care to be safe for COVID and always go out of their way to make sure you are safe.

Great service, clean room, workout facilities had everything you wanted! Chicken tacos were fantastic. The pillows were a touch flat, but not horrible! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was in top condition, as was the suite I stayed in. But where the Westin really won points is in the staff. Everyone on premises went out of their way to make the stay exceptional.

Great old resort hotel, nice location, golf course, nice bar and restruant. Staff were super nice and attentive.

On my most recent stay, the wheels from my car were stolen overnight. I woke up to find my truck on blocks! When I looked for answers from the manager, what I got was it s not our lot response. I wasn t laying blame on them for taking my tires. I wanted to know what security was in place. I have been told two different stories regarding the usage of the lot for their customers. What I can tell you is the lot is very dark at night, and if you want a safe place to park it s not there.

I believe that if property is not safe at The Stonebriar parking lots, eventually people won t be safe there either. Hopefully, the hotel management will see this, and improve the customer experience as it should be for the Westin brand by adding security on premise.

Everyone is always helpful and Ms. Rose is a sweetheart when I order breakfast

Enimnities were great, do hope for longer pool hrs. Also hope for better Internet (wifi)

Great looking property and will likely get a higher review once I get back and enjoy the restaurant and lounge. Nice pool and very clean. Biggest issue isnt the property as much as a Marriott issue as they've made it extremely difficult to explore what amenities/menus are on site. Marriott has really driven a great brand into the ground. I had to walk around just to see everything.

The accommodations and staff were great. I had a difficult check in at no fault of the hotel but Dallas made it go as smooth as possible. His demeanor was calming and I needed that. His assistance in getting some items that I left behind was also appreciated.

Very classy and upscale, I love it! The lobby is elegant and the rooms are spacious. You'll love the beds, so comfortable you might miss you flight back home!

The Westin Stonebriar Hotel was a luxurious establishment. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had time to stop at the bar and was given very good service. The bar was very organized and clean. The bartender was friendly and made good conversation. I believe her name was Cristina. I give my experience 5 stars.

Stayed here for our wedding. Great atmosphere and wonderful pull setup. Pool drink service could have been much faster however.

Excellent Hotel very efficient staff. Completely clean. Will definitely work them in that to anyone staying in the North Dallas area when they travel there.

Nice venue with plenty of parking and beautiful meeting spaces.

Very eclectic atmosphere but inviting. Weren't during lunch hour and the place was packed although getting seated in a timely manner was an unexpected surprise. The food is very good and presented nicely for the price.
