Westin Stonebriar Review

Stayed twice, both times had bad stay. First time, their internet dint work and so did the hotel keys. Waited 25 mins after check to get into the room.

I was delivering a replacement rental car and it was late night when I arrived. Between the desk clerk and myself we managed to swap the vehicles and personal property out without having to wake up the customer.

Visited for a travel show in one of the conference rooms. Nice areas, clean with lots of places to sit & chat with others outside of the meeting rooms. Didn't stay in the hotel.

Great location to stay. The staff is great and the accommodations are top. The area around the hotel has great food and anything else you might need, all within a 5 minute drive.

The room was nice but it got hot at night and the bathroom door didn't lock.

We stayed for a weekend in October. The hotel was very well maintained, the grounds were gorgeous and the staff was good.
We had a quiet room, very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had space and good water pressure. Attended an event while in the hotel and they had great food and service.

The Weston hotel is probably one of the nicest in Frisco. That being said, it's also one of the most expensive. I expected this going in as I wanted my anniversary to be the nicest I could make it. Still, the fact that the cost of room service was almost doubled due to "service fees" was surprising. The pool is really nice, might even be heated. It's hard to tell since our stay occurred in late June. The service was absolutely excellent and treat you like your worth every dime you pay. The golf course makes for a splendid view outside of the rooms, and the executive suite was fantastic. If I had gotten a street view, I might have been disappointed, but that was definitely not the case for my stay. As an added bonus, arguably the best sushi restaurant in Frisco is right across the street (I am a local, and I know my sushi :) ). In conclusion, this is a fantastic choice for the area if money is no object.

Attended a work function there and it was very clean. They had coffee and sodas set up for us and had all of the tables and chairs necessary for our meeting

Fantastic Westin location. Great service, clean and modern. The bar has decent bet selection and the food provided for breakfast or lunch is very good. WiFi is unreliable at best. I was here for training so I had no chance to touch the golf but there are plenty of conference rooms if you're planning to come for business purposes. They also have a coffee shop that sells some daily basics as well.

This hotel was once nice. Not only has the decor/amenities seen much better days, this is the worst experience I've ever had a hotel that claims to be nice. The room service arrived very cold twice. I'm so disappointed with this experience and will never stay here again. While my family is still current members of the country club, this expensive hotel doesn't even deserved to be tied to the country club. I haven't discussed my bill with management yet. I can only hope they alter it to reflect the terrible service and state of the hotel. When I was in town a couple years ago, I stayed at Embassy Suites and had a great experience. I would suggest any alternative.

Very friendly staff. Ate at the restaurant twice, great food. Large pool area.

Favorite part, workout facility. Really has quite a bit of equipment for a hotel gym.

Amazing stay. Very nice hotel, amazing staff and super clean and cozy room!! Best nights sleep I ve had in awhile! I would give it 10 stars if I could. I would most definitely stay here again if I was to ever be back in the area.

Rooms are nice, walls are kinda thin, I could hear the neighbor cell phone ring. Beds are comfortable. Great location, near lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay! Staff was very attentive upon arrival. Great accommodations. Will be returning!

This is a great venue in North Dallas for conferences.

The employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food provided was tasty. My company does a week long conference every year and this one at Stonebriar was by far the best and most enjoyable one yet.

We booked about a year in advance and we don't regret it!

The food that we selected was amazingly delicious and the portions were a lot larger than we expected! The staff during the event were wonderful! Our guests could not stop complimenting how wonderful everything was!

While last night was supposed to be a special occasion for us, as it was our 11th wedding anniversary, we had a less than satisfying experience at this location! The manager on duty on 6/15/19 made it clear that she was bothered by us asking for any deals or complimentary services for our special day, as she didn't even have the courtesy to come to the desk and talk to us personally. The other person at the desk went back in her office twice to ask her if there was anything they could do for us, only to come out to inform us, that it was too late in the evening for any special services. Not to mention that they were out of earplugs and we didn't rest well due to noise of other guests and slammed doors in the hallway. We have celebrated anniversaries here before, and were looking forward to it, but this time around we were more than disappointed! We won't be returning to this location! Thanks for making our anniversary special!

Wonderful place for company meetings. They made sure all needs were meet

On two different trips, someone in housekeeping has stolen over $500 worth of stuff from myself & my stepdad. We were not able to file any kind of claim or report, as the manager just blew it off. Be careful where you leave your stuff when you leave the room, including necessities because the shady members of housekeeping may steal it while you're right downstairs.

Experience was not quite what we would have expected. Overall the property was fine and rooms were spacious. Carpet in hallway is very dirty though. Also, we were given a 1st floor room on the parking lot. Very loud and obnoxious on a weekend when there was a wedding going on the property.

The location was perfect. It was near a major highway and easy to locate but traffic wasn't congested. The rooms were spacious. It was one of the largest hotel bathrooms I have ever seen. The shower heads were the rainfall style so it was relaxing. The staff was friendly, courteous and extremely professional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Best bacon on a hotel buffet ever.

Not enough staff, food service was horrible and slow

It was only for a business show, didn't really stay at the hotel just looking at exhibits at the ballroom.

I forgot my license in the car, went to go get them. Came back and told Sabrina the front desk attendant, I had 3 brain surgeries, so I forget easily. We ordered food and the nice young man brought our food in and we told him we just came in, to celebrate my 55th birthday. He came back later with cake and handwritten birthday card.

It's been fairly quiet so far. First time here, so I don't know if this is the norm. Super friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room. Short stay, but an enjoyable one.

I deliver pizza to this place regularly. It is by far one of the nicest hotels in The Colony/Frisco area. The staff in my experience are kind and professional. The rooms from what I've been able to see look nice, standard 4-5 star hotel room setup. Its located off legacy dr and town and country blvd and is within driving distance of a lot of cool places that the Colony/Frisco area has to offer. If I was visiting this area and wanted to stay in only the best of hotels, it would be a choice between this one and the Sheraton located across the street.

Stayed for 2 nights here for a wedding that was nearby. Clean, nice gym and pool, heavenly bed. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

We highly recommend staying at Westin Stonebriar. We stayed and played golf for three days. The golf course is fabulous. Everyone was extremely friendly.

Location is AMAZING. Great ambiance & clean. Was here for a business training, so didn't go into rooms & get service. But the kitchen & food services are awesome. Tasty food & speedy fill up.

We had a company event at the stone briar. The complicated multi room set up was wonderfully executed. Impressive conference space as well. 300 people and it went off without a single issue.

The hotel is an a great location! Close to the new Ford Center and shops at Frisco. The hotel is very nice and welcoming.
