On my most recent stay, the wheels from my car were stolen overnight. I woke up to find my truck on blocks! When I looked for answers from the manager, what I got was it s not our lot response. I wasn t laying blame on them for taking my tires. I wanted to know what security was in place. I have been told two different stories regarding the usage of the lot for their customers. What I can tell you is the lot is very dark at night, and if you want a safe place to park it s not there.

I believe that if property is not safe at The Stonebriar parking lots, eventually people won t be safe there either. Hopefully, the hotel management will see this, and improve the customer experience as it should be for the Westin brand by adding security on premise.
