I highly recommend Westhaven Power. From my initial contact with Westhaven to our final approval from the city, Westhaven employees have been a delight to work with. We found each employee friendly, highly knowledgeable within their area of expertise, professional & each time the technicians worked on our solar panels, they always left our property clean, as if they had never been there. They also checked & re-checked their installation work to ensure our system would pass the city requirements on their first inspection. They definitely earned this 5 Star review!!

I was happy with the communication and professional install. They took their time and explained everything to me every step of the way. Trevor and his install crew were dedicated professionals.

From start to finish, everyone working for Westhaven Power has been professional, knowledgeable, proficient, personable, on time, and ready to answer any of my questions along the way. They have worked with me and my budget limitations to get what I needed to go Solar. I have NEVER felt forgotten or wondering what will happen next. Now, my system is up and waiting patiently for the PG&E PTO. My battery will be installed shortly and I will have room to expand my storage capacity in the future as needed (and can be afforded). It's been a fantastic journey and experience.

Westhaven Solar has been a godsend with our solar project. They take their time to explain everything and make sure you know exactly what you are getting done. The installers were great everything went smoothly. The company has made sure we were updated all the way through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking into solar.

Get multiple quotes before moving forward with this company. What I thought was great customer service was actually harassment and predatory tactics. I told them that they were the first company I was reaching out to and tried to pressure me into signing a contract by giving me a $100 amazon gift card. Huge Red Flag! Next few quotes were about 10K lower price for the same panels and system. Even when I told them I got lower quotes for the same system they still keep calling you and emailing you. So shop around before signing anything.

Tracy Vining, Service Manager at Weshaven deserves a 5 Star rating for his professionalism and attitude in helping me with the problem I had with my back-up battery. He not only corrected the problem by resetting the system but took the time and patience to explain to me in details what the problem was. He also made himself available at my convenience to do several testing to ensure the back-up battery was working correctly.

As my husband and I were shopping around for a solar company to go with, I was recommended by a family member to check out Westhaven solar. We seeked out Costco, Tesla, and brokerages that work with solar companies! But I am very happy and pleased that we went with Westhaven solar, because of their one stop kinda shop from customer service, dealings with the city with permits, HOA s, and their professionalism.

We started our project in May during the pandemic, and everything that could have gone wrong did!! From the consultant that signed us up left the company, to having issues with the city permits! But through our experience, the employees and managers have been keeping us posted with every step of the process, not beating around the bush of any incidents that have occurred, taking on responsibility of all actions, and customer service has been EXCELLENT!!

With other companies, you have to jump through hoops to get something done. Not with this company! Work gets done and there is always a person on the other end helping you out!!

I highly recommend this company, because they are really there for their customers and ensuring they are happy with their products and purchase!!! I have spoken and met many people within this company, and ALL of them are AWESOME!!! I have recommended this company to all my friends and family, because I am that pleased with their service!!

I d been wanting to get solar and we have a parade of companies stopping by offering their services. I always do my due diligence and try to find out all I can about a company before doing business with them, especially if it involves a large amount of money. Every company will have some negative reviews, but when I see the same complaints coming up time after time, I check them off the list. It was different with Westhaven. Yes, there were some complaints, but they all seemed specific to different issues and nothing that raised concern for me. I spoke further with the energy consultant, Adam, and decided to go with Westhaven. I m very glad I did. Every promise they made has been met, and the installation went without a hitch. The customer service has been flawless. They have kept me informed at every step and I ve felt they really care about my project and getting it done right. I m recommending them to all my friends who are considering solar.
