I d been wanting to get solar and we have a parade of companies stopping by offering their services. I always do my due diligence and try to find out all I can about a company before doing business with them, especially if it involves a large amount of money. Every company will have some negative reviews, but when I see the same complaints coming up time after time, I check them off the list. It was different with Westhaven. Yes, there were some complaints, but they all seemed specific to different issues and nothing that raised concern for me. I spoke further with the energy consultant, Adam, and decided to go with Westhaven. I m very glad I did. Every promise they made has been met, and the installation went without a hitch. The customer service has been flawless. They have kept me informed at every step and I ve felt they really care about my project and getting it done right.
