Can t give enough stars for Mr. Jay the service shop manager and the crew he has. They got me in and out faster than they said they would. Offered to buy me lunch and explained everything very thorough. Hope I don t breakdown in seatle again but if I do I ll sure go see my friends at the Pete store.

Excellent mechanics and friendly service. They fix my father's truck which he had got a lemon which was promised by our company, "In good condition truck." That one is another story. Anyways these guys found the root of the problems. I honestly I could give them a 10/10 because they rock. Awesome mechanics, and service. This is the place to get your Pete tractor fixed. This is a must for truck repairs!

The worst shop in the world, spent 6month to repair the bumper and side dent , but won't pick up the viechle cause battery dead here , hose broken here , so crazy, don't ever come here ! ! !

Absolutely the worst! Wasted almost a month trusti...

Absolutely the worst! Wasted almost a month trusting them to fix a light issue on my Peterbilt. Charged me $1,225 to "diagnose" a light problem!!!! 10 hours it took them and they didn't have the courtesy to call me after the first three hours to tell me they weren't able to fix it. I could have gone somewhere else and paid them for actually fixing my truck, not for just babysitting it. $1700 dollars later, NO WORK COMPLETED! Pathetic! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON INEFICIENT WORKERS. I asked multiple times for them to keep me updated and nobody did! I had to call almost every day!!! I honestly feel robbed. Never coming here again! Managers are a thumbs down too not good at communicating, don't care about your time or money. Really bad experience.

I want to give a big thanks to Jay and his crew they were outstanding on the care and repair semi truck and I mean that in the real way I appreciate that in the sincere, no plastic comment I hope they continue to offer their services as many Peterbuilt owners as possible

Hats off to these people. Jacob and Sarah were wonderful help. Called, got me right in and fixed the problem. Didn't farm it out like most shops, didnt rip me off like most shops. Honestly one of the better experiences I've had in 25 years of trucking. AAAA+++++ in my book now..thank you

3 weeks to diagnosis our truck no calls didn't know the problem was rude customer service, $3,500 dlls later and 3 week's of lost work we got it back, week after back again injector problem, they diagnosed right away, injector #6 $1,200. 00 for the injector and $3000,00 just for labor, we said don't do it, and asked how much was for the diagnosis they said $800dll we asked why so much and got offended, they call back and say they are going to charge only 250 dlls we give them our card and over charge $317.00 we call them back and ask why they said taxes is a shame they can just robbing you blind

If I could rate them lower, I would. This place is awful - do not bring your truck here. I had an appointment in the morning, so I dropped the truck off the night before. When I called for an update the next day, the service manager said it would be 3 days before they could look at it. At this point I will get it towed to someone more reputable.

We had a company truck breakdown in Seattle and called the service department to see if they could send someone out. The gentleman in the service department at 6 PM on May 13 was incredibly helpful. We were calling from a furniture store in Portland Oregon and although he did not have the services we needed he went above and beyond to find us a company that could help. We called back to check out the referral number and he was genuinely concerned to make sure our issue was resolved. Although it was not a Peterbilt truck he was exceptional. He offered to look at the truck regardless if we could limp it down to his place a few blocks away. Customer service truly shines when someone takes that good of care of you when you likely won't be using their service.won't be won't be using their service. I wish we had gotten his name.

Tried calling them, left messages and it got me nowhere. Not sure how they want to make business if they don't answer the phones? And once you reach operator, she answers with a rude voice "Did you leave a voice mail? If yes just wait for the call back."
